Customers say: Quality work

"Cadillac Pools LLC is the real deal when it comes to anything pool-related. We hired them for a full pool renovation along with heater and cover installation, and they blew us away with the results. The team was professional, on-time, and kept us informed throughout the project. The workmanship is outstanding ? our pool looks brand new and works better than ever. Highly recommend them for repairs, renovations, or new installations. They truly bring luxury and quality to your backyard!"

"I was introduced to mirage through home advisor, they helped with a bad pool problem. They did a new liner, and new pipes. There was more issues than were expected for the original work needed, but they didn't change the quote given to me. They got the issue fixed and I was back to swimming this season. I would definitely recommend this company especially with their great service, and honest pricing."

"I am a first time pool owner, and was pretty overwhelmed about opening my pool for the first time. Matt was timely, communicative, great at his job, and helped me multiple times after just opening the pool. He responded to all my questions and helped me balance the chemicals within my pool. I would recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking for a professional experience. I could tell that Matt really knew what he was talking about and made me feel comfortable learning a new process. He was also reasonable with pricing and helped me work to get the most affordable service! Thanks Matt, I will be using your services again."

"We have only used Lester pools since finding them. They maintain our pool on a weekly basis as well as open and close it. They just converted it to a salt water pool. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

New constructions, renovations, and interior layouts benefit from expert drafting.

This is fairly rare, but sometimes the local government or a group like a historical society will label a tree as a landmark, or historical item. These designations almost always come with a small, on-site plaque for identification, but you should also be able to look up protected trees in your area on a city website or similar list. If the tree in question is a landmark, call your local government and ask how to proceed before making any plans.

Depending on the type of land survey, the report will mark the boundaries of your property, the topographical changes of the landscape, as well as major natural and added structures to the plot. A more detailed survey, like an as-built survey, will note the measurements of the structures and landscape following major construction. A topographic survey will also help your contractor determine the cost of land development projects.

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

Soil testers and licensed excavators are often the professionals you hire if you need a perc test. In some cases, structural engineers will also be able to conduct the test for you. In many municipalities, you’ll need your professional on-site to dig and fill the holes with water, as well as a representative from your local building department or health department. That representative is the individual who will determine whether your test passes or fails.
