"Most all the windows were perfectly done.  However, several windows had soapy, oily smears.  Had I noticed them before the contractor left, I would have had him redo them.  I rewashed them myself, since time was short for my anticipated party.
Told the contractor I was definitely interested in signing a contract.  He was going to let the company know I was interested and they would get in touch with me.  They never did.

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"I used this company to tint my windows in rooms that were exposed to sun most of the day. Tom, the owner, performed the work and it was a pleasure having him in my home. The job came out fantastic and the rooms no longer hit 90 degrees when the AC was not running."

"I liked that there was no nonsense. Their salesman was straightforward and the price was fair. We were also impressed with the installers. They installed all the windows in 1 day and they look great. I'm happy I chose them."

"I Love the windows. The installation crew were sloppy. They left debris from the old windows (nails)all over my deck and Patio. The new windows created their own mess leaving behind sharp metal shavings from the casing used to wrap the windows. The caulking looked like a toddler did it with a dry finger. On my foyer window the suction cup marks are still on it. On another window the casing was installed to make the window appear crooked. If they just examined their work after they finished they would have observed their poor craftsmanship and corrected it on the spot. We are very unimpressed by the install team. Also they took out a chunk of my hardwood floor by my front door."

Yes, egress windows are grandfathered. However, this comes with some specifications. If you are remodeling a basement or adding a sleeping area, you’ll need to update the egress windows to be up to proper code. Bay and bow windows can increase the value of a home. These window styles not only enhance a home's aesthetic appeal by adding architectural interest and increasing natural light but also create additional interior space for seating or decorative purposes. The added functionality and visual appeal can make a home more attractive to potential buyers, potentially leading to a higher resale value. However, the impact on home value depends on various factors, including the overall condition of the home, local real estate market trends, and the quality of the window installation.
