He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Well, after he connected my Fax/scanner/copier to my Mac computer, only the copier worked! I had to phone  him twice and he had to come back, and then he tried to reconnect. But the Fax and scanner wound up NEVER working. So he told me that the Brothers unit was not compatible with my Mac. But I feel that he should have known this from the start. Thus, I feel like I spent that money for nothing.
