Great experience with F C pools. After installing all equipment back in June Mike walked through and explained the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had the whole side of my pool collapse due to the torrential rain that we had in March. I called numerous companies and the job seemed too much work for all of them. Finally I got in touch with First Class Pools. Mike came to the rescue. He and his crew did an amazing job. As you can see in the photos below. Thanks Again for your amazing work!

Mike and his team are truly First Class. We’ve relied on them the past several summers for openings and closings. They’ve handled weekly maintenance as well, teaching us so much about our pool along the way. Mike also personally oversaw our conversion to saltwater and the installation of equipment required to make the switch. He was extremely professional throughout the project and very fair in terms of pricing. We can’t recommend First Class enough!

I did not give a solid 5 star because they let the DE (during backwash) go onto the neighbors lawn which they were not happy about because they have 3 dogs. Otherwise they were knowledgable about pool service.

They did not do the complete job yet. Once job is done I can accurately rate them.

Mike is very responsible, punctual and overall, he knows what he's doing. I recommend him 100%.

If I could rate this company 10 stars I would gladly do so! I had a new pool heater installed and a new liner installed in my inground pool. Mike was a true professional throughout the experience and after. This guy really knows his business! The initial estimate was the price paid, period. No surprises! His follow up skills are outstanding. He answered any and all questions and addressed all concerns. If you want the job done right the first time, this is the company to call!
