At first, Matt and team were great. They uncovered my pool, started weekly service and greatly assisted me with diving and patching holes in the liner. Then, in mid-August, I stopped hearing from him. (?). I must have texted over 10 times supported by several phone messages. I paid upfront for my summer services and I don?t even have any bills to see if I am owed any money. I was abandoned and left ?holding the bag.? I had to hire another service to cover my pool. Not fair. Not nice.

Called one month ago for our pool opening and given promise date but come that date, they did not show up nor call. I had four calls in to them requesting a response but got none. I don't know how people can treat customers that way. Will never call them again nor advise anyone to use them. Very unprofesional.

Only been using their service for one season but the team is GREAT. always on time, professional and courteous not to mention knowledgeable. Shame I didn't know about them sooner

Do not hire these guys; they will take your money and ghost you, never return calls, and never complete work. Other pool companies have said the owner is a scammer.

Matt was timely, communicative, great at his job, and helped me multiple times after just opening the pool. He responded to all my questions and helped me balance the chemicals within my pool.
