"I had 2 bedrooms painted and a complete bathroom remodeling. A new tiled shower with tub removed. Silvio started the next day after I hired him. Both projects were finished in 1 1/2 weeks. Wow!! Excellent communication with Silvio throughout. I always knew just what was going on. I was completely thrilled with the finished bathroom and so was my son. All aspects came together with each worker knowing his particular assignment. I was extremely pleased and would recommend S Mendez Construction to anyone. Thank you Silvio for a 5-star job well done! George and his team were an absolute joy to work with. Their professionalism shone through at every stage of the project. Despite facing some unexpected delays on my end, George and his team remained patient, understanding, and committed to delivering results that exceeded my expectations. "Our new doors look fantastic! Arthur and his team are excellent craftsmen. They were communicative, thorough, and so easy to work with. During the job there was an issue with our order from the supplier, and Arthur made sure to fix it right away. The guys were also great with my dog and my kids, who were in and out while they worked. We'll be calling up A. Hubert Construction again when we're ready to remodel our bathrooms."

"We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"Anthony did a great job! he was thorough, quick, and took the time to explain all our options. The shelves look great and are very sturdy, which is what we needed. Thank you!"

"I highly recommend this company Heartland Village General Contracting Handyman Services of Staten Island, N.Y. Harvey the owner & his excellent team were professional, punctual & attentative to every detail in building my beautiful handicap TREX brown boards & Grey metal railings ramp to my front door. This fantastic company also closed in my screen house for the rain & possibly snow cold winter months with this beautiful design of Plexiglass. His team also completed odd jobs of installing two door bells, replaced damaged tiles in my kitchen & installed tinting sheets on four kitchen windows which I love. Thank you Harvey & your professional team of excellence. Sue M. - Staten Island 9/12/25"

"We had Tom and his crew remodel our small master bathroom a couple of years ago and invited him back to do our kitchen remodel. Tom and his crew are incredible. They are very professional, considerate, and clean. They do the job right and don't cut corners. His pricing is fair and I would be happy to use them again on my next project."
