Arthur manages his crews very hands on. If Arthur is not happy with something or feels a design change is in order, he will bring it to your attention. He will even re-do it afterwards if it doesn't come out exactly as planned. Arthur has a great sense of humor, it was fun to hear his laugh many times throughout the days.
