I had a flood from a faulty through the wall AC unit. Part of the wall and the whole floor had to be replaced. From beginning to the end working with John and the people that work with him was really a pleasure throughout the unpleasant situation. He returns calls and answers questions promptly. He shows up when he says he’s going to be there. They did a beautiful job on the wall and replacing the floor. The workers were fast and efficient. They left everything clean. I would highly recommend them. I’m 100% satisfied with the work that was done.

We are very pleased with our bathroom remodel, which included a tub to shower conversion, and highly recommend this company. The crew, Howard Cruz and Hector Garcia, were prompt, careful and did a very good job. Bathroom looks great; like night and day. The job was completed exactly as specified in our contract and there were no surprises. There was one small issue with a defective part in the shower, but John followed up and made certain that this was corrected and now shower works just fine. The whole thing was professional from start to finish.

The team led by the owner, John, was extremely professional and did a wonderful job! They were originally hired for painting but because they had such a skilled team we added built in cabinets and shelves in the sitting room, an additional closet, and fan and light installations. They were very detail oriented and came back for a punch list. They responded to all requests and had a cheerful and courteous demeanor. I would definitely hire them again!

He was terrific in every way--very professional, expedited the job in a timely fashion, and communicated well! The scope of our project was was very labor intensive (involved more than patching the drywall).

Excellent work! Superb craftsmanship! John and his team of skilled professionals had the project done within 10 working days (within given time frame), and within our budget. My parents love their brand new “spa-like” master bathroom, albeit small. Complete Demo plus renovation/installation of all new tiles, fixtures, vanity, toilet, etc. We designed it and bought 90% of products, and Precision Revision provided the labor/materials. Shout out to Sante and Hector for the main labor, Charlie (electric) and Al (plumber) for their humble dedication to the construction industry. Trustworthy and respectful. Jon was a very aware and involved boss who oversaw all of the subs and his everyday crew. The work came out very nice and Jon satisfied our every concern.

A pipe burst during the coldest time of the winter and damaged all the shared living space in our home. As a family of five with a two-year-old, we were without floors, a ceiling and had structural damage. It was overwhelming and John respected that throughout the whole process. During the estimate, he saw structural damage and provided us with an amazing architect. John then followed up on the same day to check in, without pressuring me to hire him,. From that, it was clear that he was the only person we wanted to trust with rebuilding that part of our home. Within days, he scheduled out the work that needed to be done and followed through with such efficiency. He was always in constant communication with us and delivered on all of his promises. But what?s most amazing is that he treated us as people, as his community. From start to finish it was always about making sure we got back what we had lost. And we did, thanks to his dedication and work ethic and thoughtfulness.
