Great Good price , work and cleanliness

Everything went perfect very professionally. They even took extra time in assisting with reinstalling storm door. Additionally, they installed an electronic lock by far. This is the best service I’ve had from a contractor. I highly recommend this company to anyone that’s looking to have anything done at their home, you will find them to be polite, courteous professional intuitive They go the extra mile they do not take shortcuts. They keep you informed every step of the way, I can only wish I would have known about S Mendez a long time ago from now on they are my preferred service provider.

Silvino was on time and professional. He made sure the grab bars he installed in our bath/shower were secure, and he left the work area spotless.

A great experience. Silvino and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, personable, punctual, and exhibited great teamwork. We called them in to repair our plaster kitchen ceiling (which was losing its battle with gravity), within days they had not only reframed and replaced the ceiling, but were able to complete additional improvements that Silvino suggested (e.g., new lighting, painting, crown molding, etc.) providing a much needed facelift to our old home. These guys are fast, efficient, and clean, (even when confronted with the quirkiness of an older home). I highly recommend.

This was the best choice I ever made for a remodeling project. If you could have seen the before and after of my kitchen you, would not believe it. Even though he had to work with in my time frame, he completed the job before time. He and his team were very professional We developed a relationship and friendship. I recently had the pleasure of working with S Mendez Construction on a bathroom renovation and other projects for my mother's home. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable contractor. Communication was outstanding as Silvino was in constant contact with me keeping me updated on the progress of the project. Silvino was attentive to our special needs and finished the project faster than the estimated timeline. The quality of the workmanship and professionalism of the crew members was impressive.

Silvino and his crew have been incredible to work with! They get everything done so quickly and efficiently, we could not be more pleased. The work they do is beautiful and Silvino is very honest. We are very pleased with the work of Silvino and team and love our new bathroom! We moved into our house 7 years ago and have been wanting to remodel our upstairs bathroom due to how small it was. Silvino listened to our pain points, made suggestions about how we could update and he and his entire team put that plan in action. In just a little over 2 weeks, we have a bigger bathroom, double sinks and a walk in shower. We also took away from our son’s closet to add more room to the bathroom. Silvino and team repainted the closet, put our shelves back up and added sliding barn doors (to both the closet and the bathroom). It truly is the bathroom of our dreams. Thank you so much!

Silvino and his dad along with his contractors remodeled 2 bathrooms and installed a slider in 2 weeks!!!! He even expanded one of the bathrooms to add a shower! The tiler is one of the best I have ever seen! Silvino was very attentive and reliable. He was in constant contact. Will definitely continue to use!!!
