He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . "Derek was great to deal with. He always returned email or phone calls quickly.  
He was very honest and proud of his work.  We had asked that a service be performed (epoxy a garage floor) but he felt that based on local environmental conditions that I would not be happy with the results.  He very easily could have billed and performed the service ($$$$) not caring about the ultimate results.
I was thrilled with the work he did.  Not only was he clean, neat and complete the project well, but he PUT BACK ALL PAINTINGS AND ITEMS THAT WERE ON THE WALL BEFORE THE JOB!
