Harvey the owner & his excellent team were professional, punctual & attentative to every detail in building my beautiful handicap TREX brown boards & Grey metal railings ramp to my front door. This fantastic company also closed in my screen house for the rain & possibly snow cold winter months with this beautiful design of Plexiglass. His team also completed odd jobs of installing two door bells, replaced damaged tiles in my kitchen & installed tinting sheets on four kitchen windows which I love. "Contacted National Home Improvements regarding leaking patio roof and no follow up response to issue since last year of April 2023. Still awaiting to hear back. Seems like the rain gutter is sagging in the middle of the patio where the two joints meet and water is pooling there and possibly leaking through the seams as illustrated in the photo. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. They clearly don't care about taking care of their customers. I would never hire National Home Improvements again!!!"

"Hired Matthew Lin owner and operator of The Finish Guy LLC for a basement renovation. We had a detailed contract with a payment schedule . Matt requested a $25,000 deposit we gave it to He was trying to request another $20,000 by day number 4 of the job , going against his own contract . He never came to the job site and checked on his men . He wasn?t given us proper material that was promised in our contract trying to give us cheaper items then what we had outlined in our contract !! He forged my fiancé?s signature on the plumbing, electrical and fire permits, lying, putting all his contact information were is should be the homeowner info LIEING trying to say the homeowner was doing all their own work . I?m limited as to how many words I can write in this review ! Ultimately, we took them to court. He was ordered to pay us back $12,500 He defaulted on payment schedule. I had to put a lien against him."

"Gary is the epitome of trash, he will use his job title of Fire department chief to persuade you that he is for the community and the people. He has not held up his end of the bargain and quite frankly i think he took advantage of my elder mom and crippled father. He fell short on nearly everything- he hasn?t come back to rectify any of the problems that were brought to his attention and at this time nearly everyone in my house hold is walking in the kitchen with shoes and slippers because the tiles he layed down are cracked and the grout didn?t last more than a month !! He has lied on several occasions and said someone would be here. I have went to his office on multiple occasions as i work across the street. His son told me someone would be back in a month to rectify. Nothing is more disappointing than putting your savings or hard earned money towards something faulty. Gary if your reading this i have absolutely no clue how you sleep at night "
