Brian built a great house for us. He was always accessible and quickly took care of whatever needed to be done. We recently had to sell the house to relocate, and everyone was impressed with the quality of the house. After the buyers inspection the real estate agent commented that it was the best inspection he had ever had.

We broke ground on our house with Coventry in May, 2021 after working with the owner, Brian, and his architect to design our dream home. Brian made the build process as smooth as could be. He was always easy to reach, returning calls the same day, and his contractors were top notch, on time and honest. We really appreciated the way the contractors would make suggestions, such as increasing the height of our garage door because we had the room, or moving our lights around because they'd look better elsewhere. From start to finish the process was just about 10 months. We've gotten so many compliments on our beautiful new home and the quality of the work done. Would recommend Coventry without hesitation!

After we had a tragic death in our family, my mother was left a widow in a big house by herself. She didnâ t want to be alone after my father died so we toyed with the idea of an addition. Brian was our first quote and we immediately trusted him for the job. Needless to say we were not let down, the job he does is unbelievable and we never felt pressured to do anything. Brian is not a salesman, heâ s a friend who came into the situation with compassion & a great positive attitude. We felt he didnâ t over price anything and even tried to save my mother money when he could. All the people he used for each job weâ re just as kind and efficient. The addition was just completed and my mom couldnâ t be happier. His price was definitely fair and the work he did is beyond our expectations. I also cannot stress enough what a kind, sociable and honest man he is. We didnâ t want to feel pressured to add anything we didnâ t want and Brian was completely laid back with us and let us make changes if needed. What we also liked is his presence was on the job everyday. He would always come by and check on everyoneâ s work. He turned our sad situation into something exciting and positive. I cannot recommend him enough. His personality alone made us love him! We all will definitely miss interacting with him!! I would definitely hire him in the future for our own renovations! In October of 2020, amidst a pandemic, my wife and I put our trust in Coventry Builders to build a dream home for us and our two little boys. This was a huge decision for us and there were definitely some anxious nights leading up to the project. I remember hearing the trucks rolling up a 7 a.m. on day one of the project and saying to my wife, “there’s no turning back now”! From that day forward it was like clockwork. Brian and the entire Coventry team immediately put our minds at ease. The show never stopped. From one phase of the project to the next, Brian had everything scheduled perfectly. The day the concrete for the foundation was dry, the materials for the framers were being delivered. The day the framing was done, the materials for the sheathing was being delivered, and so on and so on until before we knew it, the project was complete. On schedule and within budget! Except for the extra’s that my wife and I added along the way. From start to finish, Brian and his entire team were professional, punctual, kind, courteous, and most importantly, honest and open about all aspects of the project. Never once were we left in dark or left wondering what was going to happen next or when they were coming back. The level of communication throughout the entire project was amazing and completely took the stress out it for me and my family. You can’t ask for anything more than that! The project came out absolutely amazing. The craftmanship and attention to detail far exceeded our expectations from all aspects. Look no further. We had purchased a bi-level house with the intent to convert the lower section and extra square footage with an in-law suite by adding a kitchenette and upgrade the bathroom & laundry area. Plus a few incidental items in the other two rooms. Once we were on the schedule, within 2-3 weeks things were getting done! Covid got in the way right after a couple rounds of inspections, but Brian and his team worked through it professionally as circumstances allowed. I would recommend Covnetry for any new or existing construction you are planning. Everything is working well and are enjoying the new space.

Coventry built an addition to my house over an existing deck. The workmanship and quality of materials used were top notch. They even added in a couple of extras that were not included in the contract price. Our son watched the work in progress and is currently negotiating with them to add an addition to his house.

Coventry builds your home like they would like their own home to be built - with quality! They pay attention to details, use high quality materials and ensure the client is fully satisfied. Construction can be daunting but Brian and his team made the process easy for us. We ve been so happy with their work, that we have used them on three different properties!

As a financial planner for the last 25 years, I have watched many of my clients hire builders to construct their primary residence or vacation home. I have witnessed firsthand the very worst and the very best of builders. When it was time for me to have a home built, I went into this process with my eyes wide open. There were plenty of local builders down at the shore, however none of them seem enthused or excited to build our home. I turned to the internet and found Brian online. Which this in itself to me, is a scary proposition for I had no referral. However, I did speak to references Brian provided and also reviewed any online information that I could find on Brian s company Coventry Builders. From our first conversation and subsequent meetings, Brian had the energy and enthusiasm that I was looking for in a builder. Now keep in mind, I was still leery for I did not know Brian or anyone that I knew personally who used Brian. We met a few times and after all my research and any concerns addressed, we began to move forward. At the same time, I hired a local building inspector to watch over Brian as we broke ground. Like Ronald Reagan…trust with verification! The building plan and timetable that Brian laid out was followed. The inspector that I hired continually visited the work site and provided reports back to me. Any concerns that the inspector brought to my attention, Brian had the answers. Over time, it was obvious Brian was always one step ahead of my inspector. Our home was delivered on time and in budget ( except of course for the changes that I made along the way!). Over our time spent together, I actually began to trust Brian s answers, and knew he was actually looking out for our best interest. Now, I never told him that. This will be the first time he is aware of this…had to kept him guessing and never show my hand J. We had no surprises along the way during the build. Any concerns or changes needed during construction, Brian kept me in the loop. We were able to build our home the way we wanted but only do to Brian s knowledge and tenacity. From the beginning, the town had concerns with certain aspects of the design claiming it did not meet town codes. However, Brian pleasantly persisted to look at the building codes to review the town s concerns. In the end, the town acquiesced and all of the plans were approved. An important note here. If I hired a local builder they would have just accepted any of the no's from the town. In fact, it was apparent that the local builders did accept no s in the past for many went to the town looking to duplicate what Brian was able to get approved. What I have noticed is that Brian is able to communicate effectively and intelligently, not just with me, but with anybody that he had to deal with during the build. I contacted Brian via text and phone on a consistent and constant basis (enough to drive him nuts I am sure). However he was there, and I cannot tell you how many communications we had, early in morning, late at night, any day of the week. I do not know what kind of service or contact other builders provide, but I have to say, I was impressed with his access and constant feedback. So, as you try to decide if Brian and Coventry Additions is the right builder to hire, know my experience with Brian and his team was fantastic. We recently moved into a small house in Point Pleasant that was dated and had been through some very odd â improvementsâ over the years. We hired Coventry Additions & Remodeling (Brian Keller) for a full renovation of our small Point Pleasant home that included structural modifications removing and rebuilding an exterior wall, removing a fireplace / chimney and interior walls to create an open space living room and expanding an existing half bath to a full bath / laundry room as well as a remodeled and fully updating the kitchen. The entire outside look and function of the exterior was also remodeled with a new roof line, front porch and backyard deck. Obviously not a small or easy job but Brian provided the full turnkey solution with expert workmanship with the highest quality result. We had received multiple builder proposals for the job and Brianâ s proposal was not the cheapest, but when you get into the details, he was very fair and by far the most detailed and easiest to deal with. The positive experience with Brian and Coventry during the bidding process proved out further during this complex project as he was on top of every detail and any issue that came up, he knew exactly how to solve it. He also provided great advice on material selections and styles as the process evolved. In summary, we would highly recommend Brian and Coventry for your home build or rebuild project. He is an honest, highly skilled and experienced builder that stays on top of the project providing top quality results. We are extremely happy with the beautiful job they did and will definitely hire them in the future!

I have dealt with many contractors (Buying and selling homes) Brian's company (Coventry additions and remodeling) is THE BEST! He built my personal home so I was very particular. He exceeded all my expectations. His workmanship was top quality and his painter (any color per room) was a perfectionist. Many contractors will add to the price for basic requests. With Brian the price is for top quality not the basics. Many items I thought might be an additional charge were included. He keeps you informed and involved every step of the way in order to make sure you get what you want. He is always just a text or phone call away and responds quickly. My wife says I love to complain but I can not think of one complaint here.

Coventry Additions and Remodeling did an excellent job replacing all my decks and installed pavers walkway as well as painting the exterior of my home. Brian was great to work with and always responded very quickly to any questions. I would definitely hire Brian and his team again. Wonderful experience!!! My house looks brand new!

Let me start by saying that hiring Brian Keller to be in charge of my home addition was the best decision that I made. Brian is professional, honest, and a great communicator. His crew is fantastic and their work is impeccable. They helped build our dream home and they helped make our vision a reality. From start to finish, Brian made this stressful project feel manageable and it turned out better than we could have imagined. Brian is always easy to get in contact with and this is a blessing when doing a whole home renovation. He was always there to offer suggestions and to answer any questions we had. Brian and his team remodeled our master bathroom and added a second bathroom for a guest bedroom. They also installed hardwood floors on the entire second floor and replaced all of the inside doors and trim. The second floor looks fantastic and feels like a new home. An excellent job. Brian is very responsive and always available when needed.

Brian and his team at Coventry built us a beautiful new home in Point Pleasant. Brian was in-charge of the project from start to finish, not only managing the construction work but also facilitating architectural drawings, permit approval processes, design discussions, and landscaping among various other elements of the new home build process. We were very much at ease through the whole process knowing that the construction was being handled by an incredibly capable contractor, who we knew would deliver the highest quality product. Brian and team far exceeded all exceptions!!. You often hear horror stories about major remodeling of houses but not with Brian. His honesty and knowledge was more than appreciated. He always answered a phone call or call me back in minutes when I had a question. Kept me informed all along the way of status. The team showed up on time and when specified and always cleaned up at the end of every day. Brian was always willing to share his knowledge even when it did not involve the project he was working on. Not only did he do a major addition to house we hired him to add a detached garage which we could not be more happy about. Brian handled all the issues with the permits which I could not appreciate more since we live in a flood zone with many more restrictions. Being this was the first time my wife and I did a major remodeling we had a lot of anxiety and questions and Brian was absolutely wonderful in making us comfortable and lowering our anxiety all along. Brian did an exceptional job in getting things back on track after we had some weather setbacks from the brutal winter and spring we had. I was amazed on how he would schedule multiple things getting done at the same time. We have several other houses in our neighborhood getting remodeled and our project started later and finished sooner. Brian went beyond what was expected in a hired contractor and would recommend him to everyone.

Wonderful experience. I cannot say enough good things about Brian and his team. He is professional, honest and a man of his word! He was very responsive to all my calls and very involved with all aspects of my project. He is very meticulous and treated my home as if it was his own. With the project completed, I would say I am over-the-top satisfied with my renovation!!

Great customer skills and workmanship

We purchased a home is Seaside Park that required major renovations and called multiple contractors and some were responsive and some were not. Brian from Coventry Home Additions was very responsive and accommodated our request to meet on a Saturday. We liked him immediately - Brian understood exactly what we wanted and he was very helpful with making suggestions. We contracted with him in March and as of this week project is just about complete. The house turned out exactly as we had envisioned with all credit going to Brian and his amazing team. All work done was outstanding quality, with keen attention to detail. I would highly recommend Brian and would definitely call on him again for any future projects. Brian is amazing!

Brian Keller and his teams were exceptional. It was a true partnership in developing a showcase and our future retirement home. Brian is an "involved" builder. As I explain it to friends and others seeking help with construction, Brian is not one of those "order takers." If you have an idea, he talks it through with you to be able to ensure you understand how something will look, or how it will function, and how it fits overall in the design and layout. If you want someone who will help you build the best, most comfortable and most functional place for your dollar, look no further. The construction is solid, the craftsmanship exquisite. He wants the owner involved all of the way along the journey. He and I even worked for a few hours by phone one night to get the best functional island space in the kitchen. I could go on.
