"AVSTEP was great to work with, the team started earlier than expected and completely fixed my foundation, not only with replacement block and cement, but added two different types of waterproofing as well. When additional wood rot was found on top of the foundation, they were able to repair that as well without adding more time to the project. "Danny and his team are the best. His prices are reasonable. He is very honest. He starts his jobs very early, he explains the work that will be done, he is very particular and detail oriented. He makes sure that the job is done correctly. Danny has extensive knowledge about homes. He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . Everything was done perfectly and he cleaned up when he was finished. There is nothing that he cannot do. And most of all, he is a very nice and courteous person. "Derek was great to deal with. He always returned email or phone calls quickly.  
He was very honest and proud of his work.  We had asked that a service be performed (epoxy a garage floor) but he felt that based on local environmental conditions that I would not be happy with the results.  He very easily could have billed and performed the service ($$$$) not caring about the ultimate results.
I was thrilled with the work he did.  Not only was he clean, neat and complete the project well, but he PUT BACK ALL PAINTINGS AND ITEMS THAT WERE ON THE WALL BEFORE THE JOB!
