I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. "One of the consequences of COVID for me was that the condition of my home and unfinished or poorly done work in my home came into a new focus. At the same time I had very little room for further disappointment. When I met Albert, I immediately felt at ease as I knew I was in the presence of some one who was a terrific listener with a sharp eye for detail and authentic work ethic. So in short, I set myself up for disappointment!!! But I was not disappointed, the master bedroom ceiling repair and paint color change was executed impeccably, The window frames around my picture window side windows were as carefully done and flawless. My 1950"s cabin is lined with tongue and groove pine and splatter or smudges would have stood out and been difficult to remove, but there was no such remnants. In addition Miguel patched two holes in my attic roof and did a great job there as well. Also I am looking forward to having Prestige lay flooring in my basement soon. The painters who came to do the job were very kind, careful and quiet. Despite the fact that they worked a long day they left the place spotless and helped me move some of the furniture back into place. And yes, they are very fairly priced. These guys are terrific. The owner's last name is Feliz and I can happily report that I am, and you will be "feliz' indeed. Hire them. You won't find better."
