Because the work turned out to be straight forward their actual cost was $210."

They made little mess and when they left there were minimal signs that they had even been there except the yard sign. It was literally raining in my home and after they were done a few days later we had a storm and not a drop of water was coming through my laundry room. I feel safe knowing I can finally use my washer and dryer without standing in a puddle of water risking electric shock. I really needed their help and they came through for me and my family. "We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."

"Honest, responsive and reliable. Lincoln was initially hired to replace/repair rotten facia boards . They wrapped the existing boards in aluminum while replacing rotten sections as needed. I requested additional unplanned work to remove siding from bay windows and to repair and paint the underneath trim. Al is quite personable and he made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the work being done. Just to add that Luis, his assistant, is an excellent craftsman. Lincoln prices were reasonable andwould certainly consider them for future projects."
