She collected the details of my project and requested that I send photos. Dean was the technician. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. In 2.5 hours, Dean unhooked my sink, removed the old Formica counter, and installed the butcher block ensuring that it was level on my uneven 100-year-old kitchen cabinets.
