Don is a thorough professional - he arrived at the agreed upon time, reviewed the work, offered several suggestions, setup time expectations, set about his work, and finished up without much intervention.
When he started his work, he setup drop-cloths and also cleaned  up before he left.

For installing the bi-fold doors, he rightly suggested opening up the packaging and measuring them for the door frame. The clearance in the door frame was a bit tight and he informed me upfront that would lead the doors to not close fully. I appreciated this honesty.

"We needed fascia boards replaced on our two-story log home. Many of the boards were inaccessible without bringing in a cherry-picker. We used Boral brand TruExterior® Siding & Trim which was expensive but rot-resistant and, I hope, resistant to carpenter bees. At Joe's suggestion, to save money we pre-painted the boards ourselves. The work was excellent. Joe and his partner personally did the job plus a helper. They were very professional, promptly showed up when promised, worked a long day. Joe was very responsive and gave us a written quote the same day he came to do the estimate. They did a good clean-up. We thought they were a bit expensive but their work was top-notch. We would be happy to hire them again."
