"Our furnace failed on a rather cold day. We called Arctic Air Conditioning and they sent a technician the same morning. The system was ~30 year old, and we know we needed to replace. Once we confirmed that the furnace is not salvageable, they sent an advisor, Chris, to do the measurement and gave an estimate. Chris was able to arrange the installation in 2 days. The team came and completed the work as expected. The work was done in about 5 hours: removal of the old gas furnace & AC unit, installation of new units and new thermostat. They made sure we inspect their work, and showed us how the furnace works. The AC will need to be fully charged when the weather is warmer. A couple things to know is that the utility rebate is small and not worth taking into purchase decision. The Lennox thermostat works well, but the phone app does not work (rated extremely poorly on app store), so don't bother. We picked the better upgrade, which is reflected in the project cost."

"I am a attorney in Nutley, New Jersey. We had no air conditioning on the second floor of our commercial building yesterday. After our regular HVAC maintenance company claimed to be too busy, we researched an alternate and found excellent reviews for Challenger. Access to our roof AC system is a bit tricky. It was no problem for Jorge of Challenger. He easily navigated the approach and the scuttle. The AC was in tiptop share in less than an hour, portal to portal. The price charged was fair and the work was clean and professional. Challenger has a "can do" attitude and approach to HVAC. Thank you Jorge for an excellent job. Based on our experience, I am very pleased to refer this company to others."

"They were honest and efficient and know a lot of information about the problem with my central air conditioning repair. I would 100% recommend them and surely use them again in the future."

"AC & Heat by Kyle provided a very thorough service call on an old boiler. The service provider walked me through the condition of my boiler using pictures and data, and what my options were for service or replacement. Would highly recommend this professional."

"The service man that came out to my momâ s house did an excellent job explained everything. He seem to be very knowledgeable he also gave us a few suggestions about the air filter that we were using and I really took the time I couldnâ t be happier"

"Thanks to Ray, we were able to get our AC working in short notice and within few days."

"This was the first time I hired a company to professionally clean my air ducts and dryer vents. Green Ductors worked well with all of my needs. They were professional and courteous. Igor took the time to explain the process from start to finish, what work was included for the price, and cleared up all of my questions. Igor called 24 hours before the start of the job to confirm. The technicians arrived 10 minutes before their scheduled time and explained the process once more! Ivan cleared up additional questions I had and completed a thorough check of my HVAC system, ducts, and vent. He took photos and explained their assessment of my system. They took their time and were mindful. They carefully moved furniture if they needed to and placed it back in its original position. Once the job was complete Ivan took photos and explained the work they completed. He sent me both sets of photos and shared some maintenance tips. I highly recommend Green Ductors!"
