"Im sorry for any inconvenience or miscommunication. Before you called us, you originally tried to work on your system yourself. You installed a wrong component and did the wiring incorrectly. When you call us for help, I'm the one who provided you with detailed information after my diagnostic informing you with the component you actually needed and EVERYTHING else that wasn't working within the system (at the time of your incorrect wiring). I gave you options for our company to rewire your system correctly but, you only wanted us to replace the gas valve. Like we discussed, this was a temporary fix until the system was wired in correctly. We"

"I am sorry you were not satisfied with the work we provided but, there were no errors on our end. I thought we went above and beyond for you. The job was completed and you paid in full AFTER the town inspectors came out to inspect all the work performed. They approved and passed everything. If this is about the additional work you wanted us to do after the job was completed, expecting it done for free, then I apologize but we don't operate that way.
