They definitely earned this 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review!! I can't say enough good things about VIP HVAC, they truly went above and beyond! Hector, the owner, came out with two of his crew members the day before the 4th of July to replace both my AC and furnace. They arrived right at 8am and worked nonstop until 6:30pm to make sure everything was done perfectly. Throughout the job, they found a few unexpected issues, but Hector and his team kept me informed the entire time and handled everything with professionalism and care. I was so impressed by their hard work, attention to detail, and clear communication. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and dedicated HVAC company, I highly recommend VIP HVAC. Hector and his crew are the real deal!

I can not thank Hector enough for his patience and kindness when it came to my experience. The service was sensational. He diagnosed my problem over the phone with me (7:30am on a Sunday morning) until I had to leave at around 8:20am. He arrived at my house when he said he was going to and performed his diagnostic reading which confirmed what we talked over the phone about. Not only did he diagnose my problem he went above and beyond and created a diagram for me should that problem arose again so I will know how to fix myself. On the way in and out my wife informed me he played with my dogs. Hector is a masterful technician and an even better person. 10/10 all the way around.

We had a complete system installed in a rental property. The condenser, coil and furnace were replaced. Hector and Dewey were very courteous and accommodating. They arrived on time, walked through the steps for the removal and installation. As they said up front, the installation would take a full days work. Though they ran into a few snags in getting the unit from the front of the house to the back; they took time and care in removing a door and ensuring it was reinstalled and working properly. By the time the job was completed they cleaned up the area and made sure the tenants understood how to run the thermostat. The next day they called to check on the status of the new unit and its operation. I would definitely use them again.

Hector came over the exact time that he said he would come. He was very professional and helpful. He gave me tips on how to maintain the boiler and gave me a very good price. Hector and a trainee showed up on time to prepare my boiler for the winter. Hector had the trainee the boiler while he replaces the thermocouple. He mentioned that once the trainees are trained, he will not be in the field. The job cost $535.00.

Hector and his team were great they responded to my inquiry very quickly and worked with my schedule to get my AC back up and running, which was very much appreciated knowing how the temps have been lately. Hired him to fix a furnace that stopped working. Charged $600+ to replace a gas valve. Stated it was new, but device appeared used. Provided additional quotes for several thousand dollars to rewire furnace and replace water feeder and high temp shutoff. However, there was nothing wrong with these components. Furnace stopped working the following day after his repairs. Ended up fixing the furnace myself by simply replacing the fan center and rewiring the furnace using the schematic diagram provided by the manufacturer. Bottom line, appears dishonest and expensive. Will NOT hire again.

"Im sorry for any inconvenience or miscommunication. Before you called us, you originally tried to work on your system yourself. You installed a wrong component and did the wiring incorrectly. When you call us for help, I'm the one who provided you with detailed information after my diagnostic informing you with the component you actually needed and EVERYTHING else that wasn't working within the system (at the time of your incorrect wiring). I gave you options for our company to rewire your system correctly but, you only wanted us to replace the gas valve. Like we discussed, this was a temporary fix until the system was wired in correctly. We"

Initially I thought they were great. However, as the job was nearing completion a number of errors were found. Fees were paid that have not been reimbursed and overall the quality of the workmanship is poor. The unit I have installed consistently runs which raises my utility bills. The heat and cooling is inconsistent throughout the home.

they are nice and honest people. they will tell you step by step what is the real cause of the problem and they will evaluated it to find a great solution to fixed the problem. in my case it was a sabotage made by previous oil company that automatically delivered my oil. they found out that there is water on my tank that needs to be taken out. I called a company that is an expert to do that job and after that I contacted VIP HVAC who do the amazing job that fix the problem in my furnace. I consider them a GOD send individual because they really make a miracle on my furnace. They are not after the money that they will get from you.they are sincere to rendered service that you will be most benefit as a customer. I salute and highly recommend VIP HVAC to other people to call for service they need . GOD bless HECTOR AND ANTON.
