Marcel and team did a fantastic job. From start to finish, assessment to quote to installation to clean up, extremely happy with the work they did.

Blue Air One was professional, knowledgeable and had a very positive attitude towards the project. The team did an excellent job installing our cooling and heating system. They were very detailed oriented and neat during the entire install and very friendly. This was my second install with them in the past three years. The fan on my central A/C was not turning on. I had a company tell me that I needed to replace the motor for $1,000 and recommended replacing the unit since it was old for $4,500. A colleague of mine recommended Blue Air One. I gave them a call and they had a repairman out a few days later. The repairman replaced the starter and the unit is working again. Thank you!!!

Everything was great. First with getting a quote-I felt that they were very fair and willing to answer my many questions and explain what they were doing. We had gotten quotes from a few other people and Blue Air was much easier to get straight answers from and not like they were just suggesting extra work to make more money. They spent time to make sure they did things in the way that made the most sense and created the least mess/drywall cutting and even moved the location of the existing thermostat to a place that made a lot more sense. The team installed the units quickly while still keeping everything clean and being very polite. After the work was done, they gave us a walk through to make sure any last questions were answered and we were happy with everything. The quote they gave us was accurate (the project did not go over budget). Everything was done well and we are super happy with the results.

Blue Air One Heating & Air Conditioning was so great that when I had an issue with the new service (due to no fault of theirs) they sent someone out (the owner I think) to resolve the problem on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend so our family would not suffer through the weekend in the extreme heat. They are all extremely helpful, professional, and kind and our new central air conditioning is amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

The owner and all the workers involved from Blue Air One Inc. were professional, courteous and totally efficient. They entered our home and from the first step inside we knew they "were the company and the workers" we wanted to install the AC ductless system.
Everything was explained, the quotes given and the dates given for the work to begin.  They came on schedule, performed an outstanding job and we have no complaints or issues with their performance. In fact we have never experienced such an awesome company and such high workmanship.
All the workers were neat and friendly.  In fact when they left each day you didn't even know workers were in the house as they were so neat and cleaned up everything.
Upon the completion of the entire job, they left and the house looked again inside and out as if NO ONE came to do work.  Amazing company and amazing owner and workers.

Original call was to service the AC-knew we would have some issues as the previous contractor pieced  all these components together.  After a careful inspection, Marcel suggested we replace the entire system as the pieces were not working well together and some were old.  It was also recommended adding returns to make the new unit more efficient.
This was a difficult job as the space was extremely small.  Marcel and his crew were neat, clean and considerate-completely professional.  They were even considerate of our senior dog's needs ! 

Excellent service. A team of qualified professionals install our new central air system efficiently and quickly. Everything was explained to us in a preliminary one on one appointment ensuring a smooth installation process. We knew where everything was going, how long to plan for installation, costs etc.. Everything went exactly as explained and within 48 hours we were relaxing in our very cool home. Everything was spotless at the end of the job. It is like the AC was installed when the house was built in the 1930. We were so pleased with this major project a that we switched all our HVAC servicing to Blue Air. It is nice to work with a company who is reliable, qualified and honest!

They provided excellent service from detailed estimates and a clear explanation of what they would be doing, arrived with three crews to do the install during a severe summer heat wave, and followed up to be sure everything was functioning properly.

Marcel the owner is a great person to deal with.  He came to fix my old unit several times prior (usually when it switched from heating to cooling and back)  told me the unit was over 20 years old, it might last another ten years or six months.   He gave me a no pressure estimate which I sat on on several months, then called to let me know there were some rebates available with the State and the Gas provider if I wanted to take advantage of them.  I did, he came in with his crew, took 2-2.5 days to remove the old unit and install the new one in an attic which only had a small access point from a closet.  He disassembled part of the new unit so it would fit through without having to cut a hole in the ceiling.  A tough job to have 2-3 persons in that environment.  The new unit works great, no issues,

He spent a lot of time explaining the new types of furnaces for us as we were switching from oil to gas. He helped fill out all of the paper work so we could get a rebate. His crew worked quickly and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

I called Marcel on Tuesday to take a look at my AC unit which was not running right, he asked if I needed him there that day, I said no as weather forecast was cool for the next few days so I told him no rush. He called me 10 minutes later and we agreed he would come 2 days later on a Thursday. As scheduled he called Thursday morn, came over, tested my system, including going up into my attic which only has a small access hatch, recharged the refrigerant with a compound that would seal any pin leaks. He also gave my 2nd unit a quick once over at no charge while he was there. Marcel is very professional and a pleasure to work with.
