"Overall it worked out well he was on time diagnosed the problem in freezer, said a particular part needed to be replaced he stated he might have one in truck he went and looked, fortunate he had one, he proceeded to remove parts from inside freezer I had already lost all of my food so unit was empty, I asked a few questions, didn't ask whether part was new reconditioned or whatever I assumed it would last more than 9 months though. The Pro from Majestic was friendly and knew what he was doing When all was said and done I paid him in cash approximately 240.00$ plus a small tip anyway, I would like to have him come back and take a look at the fridge, (maybe if you mention I gave him a bottle of wine as a Thank You. He'll remember me) I remember his name was Sean, Anyway I really don't want any problems I'm a senior citizen I just can't afford a new refrigerator If something can be arranged it would be wonderful. I appreciate your help and patience in this matter. Also I took photos of inside of freezer while he had his tools in the freezer, 3 to be exact but I am not tech savy soI don't know how to upload pictures. "If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
