It went extremely well, as usual. I had been their client for many years but I moved out of town. I happened to move back in after 5 years of living elsewhere and I went to see them right away. They are not only very reliable and decent people servicing your home but there was a relationship there that I treasure. They are honest, reliable, diligent. They look for the product that better serves your needs. I would not go anywhere else. I am thankful to them.

The repair person quickly diagnosed the problem the problem with our furnace and fixed it.

They are very very trained, they know exactly what they are doing, they don't waste anytime at all, in case they have to get a part they send somebody out to a shop near by to put the part so that they don't make time, make money on time because they are waiting for something, they are excellent.

The work that they did was a A rating across the board in every aspect, their trained they prices is reasonable they even go out of their way to say are you aware that because of the heating and fuel cost if you do this you will get additional discount form the electric and gas company, they go out of their way to do things for you.

Vinny and his team were on time and handled the installation without any problems in one day.

We installed Nest thermostats over the winter in our new house, and while the heating worked fine the AC wasn't working. We called Nest and they advised us to get a diagnostic by a Nest-trained AC professional in our area, saying it should cost around $100. We called Mann and they came out the next day. They ran a diagnostic and rewired one of the thermostats - everything was working in the space of about 30 minutes. He even looked at the air filter and remembered that there had been a safety recall on it - something even our home inspector hadn't picked up on. I asked if the ducts needed clean and he said they weren't dusty enough to warrant it - no trying to sell us extra services. Professional, knowledgable, polite - I would absolutely recommend.

I was very pleased with the entire process. I purchased the special deal through Angie's List, then paid extra to upgrade from 80 to 92% efficiency furnace with an added humidifier. There was a bit of back and forth with scheduling and rescheduling (my fault) and Vinnie and his staff were good about returning calls and keeping me in the loop. 
On the day of the install the guys who came were real professionals. They removed the old clunker furnace, installed the new one, tested everything, showed me how the operate the equipment, and cleaned up after themselves. This involved putting a new vent through the side of the house, because high efficiency furnaces should not vent through the chimney. They removed the old duct running to the chimney and sealed up the hole.
So far the furnace hasn't really had to do much because the weather has been mild, but it has been coming on at night as expected. Given how efficient modern furnaces are these days, this is an upgrade I should have done years ago. I will post a follow up if any issues arise, but so far I am very happy with the results.

Vinny Mann was recommended by our very discerning neighbor.  Our neighbor received a reasonable price and was pleased with the service done with the installation of his AC and furnace (which were installed on separate dates.)  Our AC finally quit after more than 30+ years of service.  We decided that since the AC unit needed to be replaced, it would be more cost-effective in the long run to replace the furnace as well.  We received 5 estimates from well-known (and not so well-known) contractors who provided a price range from $12K to $5K for the work.  Although Vinny was mid-range, we picked him because of the following: (1) he worked with us on getting the best price for the models/combo units we wanted (but you need to do research too,) (2) he had the best deal on financing, (3) he was very knowledgeable about the installation, models, rebates, etc. and he took the time and patience to explain them. He spoke plainly, was polished and carried himself very professionally. 

The installation took several hours. There were 3 workers that came early that day.  They laid out floor protectors to avoid damage to our hardwood floors.  They replaced items that needed to be up to code as required. They cleaned up when they were done and took away the old unit and other rubbish.  The guys were pleasant, worked quickly and answered my questions on what does this do or that do.

We failed the initial city inspection because the inspector wanted a secondary drain installed (even though there is a primary drain and a pump was installed.)  Nevertheless, I reached out to Vinny to remedy the matter and Orlando came a few days later to fix the issue. We cleared inspection as a few days later.

We are pleased with our furnace.  This winter has been horrible but our heating bill was LOWER than previous years (and the indoor temp is kept at a constant 70 degrees all day.)  I can't wait for summer so we can use the AC to see how it performs.  On second thought, I can't wait for summer. period.

Technician came promptly and started right to work. After numerous troubleshooting steps he narrowed it down to circuit board. Which required for him to get the circuit board and return. Upon return tech installed circuit board and it still didn't work. Did more troubleshooting found another problem Pulled another part and had to wait until next morning for him to procure part. Twice I was told by the tech that the office would call to let me know when they would return and both times I had to call to find out when they were coming. Second tech comes in with part on hand, replaces part no help. This tech was very good and he was able to figure out what the true problem was. He replace the thermostat (which was twice the price then what Home Depot charges). So out of three parts that was replace how many did I really needed replacing? The most inexpensive part the tech removed because it was quite apparent that it wasn't the issue. However, since we didn't have the first part that was removed there was no way of knowing if that part needed replacing so I had to eat that cost.

Work was performed on time and budget without any added costs. Workers were clean and courteous and left the area better than when they arrived. We used them for 35 years without any problems.

It went very well.   My AC and heating units were inspected and I was given tips on how to keep them running well.

I called regarding a checkup on my a/c system and they were able to accommodate me and setup an appointment very rapidly at Mann's.  Other companies had us scheduled for over 2 weeks a way.   Mann's worker came on time, was very professional and knowledgeable.  He worked quickly and neatly and quietly.  Turned out, we only required minor items, a fresh new filter and a little bit of Freon.   I had a new spare filter on hand so this helped too.   Overall, this was the BEST a/c service call I've ever had to date.  The gentlemen was in and out in under an hour.  I'm very very pleased with this company, from the scheduling desk through the service techs.  I have used them before, and still have my sticker posted. GREAT COMPANY and Excellent Customer Service.
