Our pricing is very simple: we charge a $175 service fee, and $150 per hour for Lead Electricians, $115 per hour for Second Electricians, and $85 to $95 per hour for Helpers. , plus parts for electrical, drain work and appliances. We service all brands of portable and stand by generators. Work before 6 am as well as night after 6pm, weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. We normally charge $125 to clean dryer vents and that's it. We provide outstanding, well equipped mechanics, who know their jobs. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR- TOP SHELF FIVE START SERVICE. "The experience was not quite what I expected. I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."

"We had two ceiling lamps in our kitchen replaced and the dimmer light switch to our basement replaced with a simple on off switch. Linda who I spoke to on the phone is very friendly and worked with us to meet our schedule. Patrick who did the work was very professional. He did a quality job. And, given that the pricing is by the hour, he kept the three tasks to under an hour which was appreciated. We had a few questions about other jobs and he answered them. "If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"Anthony was fast and easy to work with. Initially, I had him come to my home to troubleshoot issues with my electrical panel. He was available to come out in a few hours and quickly corrected the issues. Following that, I had him back to install recess lighting and pendant lights in the kitchen, reinstall basement lights and install to a new switch as well as install a new chandelier in the bedroom. He had everything done within 4 hours. He was quick, efficient and left everything cleaned up. I had been worried about the prior quality of the basement lights and had a lot of concerns. After he re-wired and installed a new switch, any concerns I had were completely alleviated. I would like recommend his services. Very nice and easy to work with to boot!"
