"It was this Christmas eve during a storm and we lost power. I started up my emergency generator and it was working just fine. As the night wore on the generator started to loose power and after about an hour finally stopped generating power. He is a total professional that goes the extra mile we so frequently hear about but seldom see. Once at the house he quickly analyzed the problem. Since he didn't have the required part, he found a store that had it, left to get it and promptly returned to complete the repair. There were no surprises as he was completely up front as to the costs. He even spent extra time with me reviewing how to run and maintain my generator, as well as, proper electrical connections."

They came the next day to do a property survey and we received a proposal the very next day. They have not started the work yet BUT I can say that I am very impressed with Lisa their office manager. Customer Service is rare these days and so far in this process she has quickly applied for permits and submitted application to PSE&G. She has kept me up to date and I very much appreciate it.
