"The HVAC tech Jay was everything a homeowner could wish for in a contractor. He called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to say he was on the way, he was on time, friendly as can be & extremely knowledgeable, hard working & honest. He tried everything he could think of to repair the condenser before telling us it needed to be replaced. He didnâ t do what others would and just give us a price, he gave us options as far as equipment was concerned & the different price points. The folks at AAA HVAC went above and beyond with our system. What started out as a simple Condenser replacement turned out to be needing an entirely new HVAC system because the old system was completely mismatched & undersized for the size of the house & condenser we have, causing all kinds of problems. Including our original condenser dying in under 5 years. Long story shorter, it was an unexpected financial hit and they not only inspected, quoted & replaced everything within a day, they worked with me on financing. Jay even returned the very next day to fill out the invoice with all model & serial numbers that was requested by the manufacturers for any future warranty repairs, just registering the equipment on line was not good enough. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
