they came to fix the unit - it was a clogged pipe - they cleared it - it clogged again within a few damaging my ceiling. They then said I had to buy a new unit which I did. When installing the unit one of the workers foot went through my ceiling leaving a gaping hole. He owner sent someone to fix the ceiling. He just spackled over it - what a mess!!!! I complained and the owner sent another to cut a piece of new sheetrock which was done but not completed. It needed another coat of spackle and then needed painting. Months went by - me calling / texting and nothing! Ten months later the owner asked me to find someone in my area to do the work - which I did. The owner said he would reimburse me but has not. I call and text with no response. What should I do?

Used Angi list to search in 5 minutes got two calls AAA HVAC was the second contractor I picked, Technician named Jay arrived in 25 minutes, diagnosed the issue for no Zero Pressure Freon, inspected orally for HVAC leak, could find used Nitrogen to check and then couldnâ t find any leak, Vacuum the line set and then filled R410A Freon to start the compressor. In 30 minutes the unit was started and blowing cold air. Jay was amazing not only he was professional but was patient and educated me over the diagnostics process which made me feel that he is honest and has the best interest of mine. He was courteous and pleasant to deal with. He even explained my tenant who was asking repeated questions the cause and zero pressure on the Freon. Being in the business of property management I can say that Trusted HVAC companies are rare to find and take advantage of your emergency situation and try to make stories to make a mountain out of a mole. Great experience working with Jay and his team from initial connection to complete resolution.

Very responsive, knowledgeable, meticulous, and thoughtful. The technician came immediately, serviced the A/C units quickly, double-checked all the air vents, removed his shoes inside the house, cleaned up everything after finishing the work, gave me some maintenance tips, and told me to keep kids away from the units for a day because of the cleaning products.

The HVAC tech Jay was everything a homeowner could wish for in a contractor. He called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to say he was on the way, he was on time, friendly as can be & extremely knowledgeable, hard working & honest. He tried everything he could think of to repair the condenser before telling us it needed to be replaced. He didnâ t do what others would and just give us a price, he gave us options as far as equipment was concerned & the different price points. The folks at AAA HVAC went above and beyond with our system. What started out as a simple Condenser replacement turned out to be needing an entirely new HVAC system because the old system was completely mismatched & undersized for the size of the house & condenser we have, causing all kinds of problems. Including our original condenser dying in under 5 years. Long story shorter, it was an unexpected financial hit and they not only inspected, quoted & replaced everything within a day, they worked with me on financing. Jay even returned the very next day to fill out the invoice with all model & serial numbers that was requested by the manufacturers for any future warranty repairs, just registering the equipment on line was not good enough. I would without a secondâ s hesitation recommend AAA HVAC & Jay. I look forward to working with them on all our Future HVAC needs.

Quick estimate appts, and fast service qppts. happy with the work they did to bring my hvac system up to code.

Work was completed. However, I felt the price they charged was extremely high, $750 to replace the gas valve. I googled how much it cost to replace the gas valve and the average cost is between $350 - 595, I paid $750. I am happy my heat is back on, but do not feel good about the price.

Very knowledgeable, immediately contacted me after submitting online request. Called me 30 mins before arriving. Explained what they were doing each step of the way. Seemed a bit expensive but since this is my first maintenance call I have nothing to compare to.

Pro: Arrived on day of service request to assess problem. Arrived on first available day after need part came in. Cons: Heater pilot light was turned off during repair and not restarted. I noted and fixed that a few days later.
