"Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!"

When they installed the 2 full Ac and heating systems they came with a full team and installed both that same day! Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. Also a professional with patience to explain things. And then Ryan (install manager) rounds back at the end of the day to ensure that all is well. Great job Pipe Works Services!"
