JJ was great. From the minute I looked them up to when they left, They knew their stuff and figured out my AC problem and got me up and running again. In a friendly and pleasant way. And when it came time to pay them I was surprised how reasonable their fees were! Excellent service all around.

Great work. They found the outside air conditioning unit needed a capacitor changed. Quick and inexpensive. I'm very happy with their work.

Juan replaced HVAC (22yrs old) when it stopped last Oct and today replaced my water heater (10yrs old). He is on time, responsive and does a clean job. Also, give you tips on keeping up with maintenance and doesn't not add any hidden items when job is being done. Always followed up next day and made sure I register product with serial numbers for warranty

My AC unit stopped working during a heat wave, I called Juan in the morning and he came to my house early in the afternoon. Juan fixed my AC unit within 10 minutes, he did not try to tell me to replace anything unnecessary, gave me an estimate if I want to replace the whole AC system. The price was very reasonable for the repair work. We sat down and chatted a little afterwards, Juan is very friendly. If you look to get any HVAC work done, look nowhere else, Juan is the one.

I came home from vacation and our Central Air was not working. I called the service that is associated with NJNG as I have a contract and they sent someone out. He said I needed it replaced and should also do the furnace. He said someone would call me to set an appointment. Granted, it was the weekend of the 4th but the best appointment I could get was for Friday the 9th. I went online searching for someone to help right away and gave my info. Within five minutes, I got a call from J J Air Plus. I told him my problem. This was early afternoon on the 6th. He offered to come over and evaluate my problem. He agreed that the air conditioning unit was shot but said the furnace was fine. He gave me a price, much lower than I expected and said he could do it that day. I gave him a deposit; he went and got the Rheem materials and came back and installed everything. by 7:30PM, I was up and running. Juan was absolutely great and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Juan was very responsive. He even came after hours to do the repair, just like he said he would. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

After dealing with several "reputable' Furnace companies who tried to convince me that my oil furnace needed replacement when I had initially called for cleaning maintenance, Juan at JJ Air Plus came over and inspected my furnace then told me that I did not need to spend thousands on a new furnace. He spent over 2 hours cleaning it and it works perfectly. In such a time when companies are trying to get the most $ out of you, Juan stands out as an honest professional delivering prompt and quality service. They responded in minutes and arrived within 1/2 hour. They were very efficient and friendly and fixed the AC unit within 1/2 hour. Very satisfied with their work. Would hire them again!

I would 100% recommend Juan at JJ Air Plus. Spoke with him in the morning when the A/C stopped working and he was here by that afternoon. Juan and his partner wore masks, and while they were extremely professional, they were also very nice and personable. The A/C unit is very old and I fully expected to have to replace it. Juan was able to repair it, at what I believe to be a very reasonable cost. There is no question that I will use them to replace the unit when the time comes.
