Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. "The HVAC tech Jay was everything a homeowner could wish for in a contractor. He called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to say he was on the way, he was on time, friendly as can be & extremely knowledgeable, hard working & honest.
