Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt.
