"We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational. He called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to say he was on the way, he was on time, friendly as can be & extremely knowledgeable, hard working & honest. He tried everything he could think of to repair the condenser before telling us it needed to be replaced. He didnâ t do what others would and just give us a price, he gave us options as far as equipment was concerned & the different price points. The folks at AAA HVAC went above and beyond with our system. What started out as a simple Condenser replacement turned out to be needing an entirely new HVAC system because the old system was completely mismatched & undersized for the size of the house & condenser we have, causing all kinds of problems. Including our original condenser dying in under 5 years. Long story shorter, it was an unexpected financial hit and they not only inspected, quoted & replaced everything within a day, they worked with me on financing. Jay even returned the very next day to fill out the invoice with all model & serial numbers that was requested by the manufacturers for any future warranty repairs, just registering the equipment on line was not good enough.
