He called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to say he was on the way, he was on time, friendly as can be & extremely knowledgeable, hard working & honest. "We live in Hoboken, NJ and had to hire a crane to lift a very large combination A/C / gas heating unit onto our roof and install it. Trish at Advanced Professional did a fantastic job of coordinating the crane, the permits, the no parking signs, the police detail, etc. As far as the actual installation, Rabi and his team at Advanced Professional also did a tremendous job executing. I now have a brand new HVAC rooftop system that will hopefully last the next 15 to 20 years. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Professional for any HVAC issue. They have always been prompt and very on top of things. A+"
