"We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."
