Old units were replaced with new and more efficient units - TRANE 4 ton two stage SEER 17+ ECONET (condenser model RA-1748-AJ2CB, air handler model RH-2T-4821-MEACJA and communicating module Econet STAT model RETS-T601-SYS). Excellent work quality! Fast response! Very reasonable price quote for 10 years parts warranty and 5 years labor and service warranty! Honest and hard working person! "The HVAC tech Jay was everything a homeowner could wish for in a contractor. He called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to say he was on the way, he was on time, friendly as can be & extremely knowledgeable, hard working & honest. He tried everything he could think of to repair the condenser before telling us it needed to be replaced. He didnâ t do what others would and just give us a price, he gave us options as far as equipment was concerned & the different price points. The folks at AAA HVAC went above and beyond with our system. What started out as a simple Condenser replacement turned out to be needing an entirely new HVAC system because the old system was completely mismatched & undersized for the size of the house & condenser we have, causing all kinds of problems. Including our original condenser dying in under 5 years. Long story shorter, it was an unexpected financial hit and they not only inspected, quoted & replaced everything within a day, they worked with me on financing. Jay even returned the very next day to fill out the invoice with all model & serial numbers that was requested by the manufacturers for any future warranty repairs, just registering the equipment on line was not good enough. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."
