Old units were replaced with new and more efficient units - TRANE 4 ton two stage SEER 17+ ECONET (condenser model RA-1748-AJ2CB, air handler model RH-2T-4821-MEACJA and communicating module Econet STAT model RETS-T601-SYS). Excellent work quality! Fast response! Very reasonable price quote for 10 years parts warranty and 5 years labor and service warranty! Honest and hard working person! "We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational. Overall we were very pleased, but the summer will tell!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "Within the past couple of months I have needed an Electrician on two occasions. I used Pipeworks for some plumbing issues and found they also have electricians. Ryan was assigned the job both times and he was the ideal Professional. He took the time to answer every question I had about both jobs.
