Old units were replaced with new and more efficient units - TRANE 4 ton two stage SEER 17+ ECONET (condenser model RA-1748-AJ2CB, air handler model RH-2T-4821-MEACJA and communicating module Econet STAT model RETS-T601-SYS). Excellent work quality! Fast response! Very reasonable price quote for 10 years parts warranty and 5 years labor and service warranty! Honest and hard working person! "We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational. Overall we were very pleased, but the summer will tell!"

"There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."

"My home warranty contracted out the job to Phase II. Robert came to troubleshoot a 30+ year old AC unit and was very honest about everything he found faulty. He was instrumental in convincing the warranty company to replace the entire condenser unit rather than continue putting band-aid fixes to this ancient unit. Few weeks after he replaced the unit that cools the upstairs, the other unit that cools the downstairs fails as well (also over 30 years old). Since he was already familiar with everything, the second unit was replaced as soon as weather permitted. I didn't even have to be home the second time since the work was outside anyway. The promptness of his repairs can not be overstated. He helped get us back up and running as soon as the parts were available on the next clear day, which we couldn't be more appreciative since we have both a toddler and infant at home. Also, this was during a heatwave when most of the week was 90+. On top of this, my son's 1st birthday party was coming up and we needed the AC back asap. We can't recommend Rob and Phase II enough, a true professional"

"The HVAC tech Jay was everything a homeowner could wish for in a contractor. He called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to say he was on the way, he was on time, friendly as can be & extremely knowledgeable, hard working & honest. He tried everything he could think of to repair the condenser before telling us it needed to be replaced. He didnâ t do what others would and just give us a price, he gave us options as far as equipment was concerned & the different price points. The folks at AAA HVAC went above and beyond with our system. What started out as a simple Condenser replacement turned out to be needing an entirely new HVAC system because the old system was completely mismatched & undersized for the size of the house & condenser we have, causing all kinds of problems. Including our original condenser dying in under 5 years. Long story shorter, it was an unexpected financial hit and they not only inspected, quoted & replaced everything within a day, they worked with me on financing. Jay even returned the very next day to fill out the invoice with all model & serial numbers that was requested by the manufacturers for any future warranty repairs, just registering the equipment on line was not good enough.
