They diagnosed the problem then gave me several options to repair or replace. They did not push a replace option although that is the option I chose. The owner was the first technician to arrive and diagnose and he went above and beyond to get the new unit in and bring in a crew to install next day on a Saturday. Had my A/C up and running in 24 hrs. They answered all my questions and left the area cleaner than when they had arrived. This company is not the cheapest around but then who wants cheap when you can pay a fair price for excellent service. Highly recommend .
