Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. "This is the third time we've used the Temp Rite guys to install a ductless AC system in our old house. They always do a great job. We barely had to do anything more than point to where we wanted the units installed and they figured out everything else without needing any additional input. They showed up on time on the days of the install, and stayed until almost 10:00 pm the second day to make sure everything was finished up. The install quality was great -- everything was straight and true, and neatly covered up. This was not an easy install, as they had to pass the interior pipes through a ceiling and several walls to get to the outdoor unit. They even found a convenient place to install the drainage that I had not even thought of. We ran the units for a month after the install, and everything worked perfectly. We would definitely use them again -- their guys have great attitudes, are hard-working and polite. Highly recommend.

Ramon was exceptionally knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time explaining what needed to be done. Once I signed the contract, everything happened at lightening speed. The servicemen showed up on time, were careful to not damage the doors, walls, or hardwood floors when they hauled in the new gas boiler and water heater, and left the basement in spotless condition. After I sold the oil stored in my old oil tank, Horizon was out the very next day to cut up the tank, clean the inside of it, and haul it onto the driveway for inspection. Not a single drop of oil was spilled. They are that meticulous about their work.
