"Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. "We were very pleased overall with Temp-Rite.  They installed a single-zone Mitsubishi cooling system in top floor bedroom with high ceilings where the central AC unit was ineffective.  The condenser unit was mounted to the chimney.  Temp-Rite met us on a Saturday which was very convenient for us.  The technician called to confirm the appointment; he was punctual and knowledgeable enough so that he could discuss several different BTU and installation options and provide a price during that same appointment.  Scheduling the installation was straightforward and the installation was professionally done.  The unit works very well and really cools the whole top floor even though it was intended for just the one bedroom.
