"This was one of the best contractors I had to deal with. He took his time to go over all of our options and was great at explaining them. His service was on time and exactly what was promised. When the job was done he could not make a final adjustment because it was to windy. When I tried to pay him he refused payment until he was able to come back to make the adjustment. That a contractor you can trust."

"We found Sun Viking on Angie’s List as a highly recommended company. They were hired to edge and border our landscaping, create two large planter boxes, redo our front walkway and create a side landscaped area with tress. All I have to say is phenomenal job. Not only was everything completed beyond my expectations but Derek, the owner, and David were highly professional and courteous. They were able to save the original stones from the walkway and reuse them, keeping the old charm to our house. David even used the left-over stones to fill in a hole my dog did and made him a little patio. I don’t know about the other companies, because they never called me back, but I think Sun Viking is the best. We are thinking of a backyard patio in the future and I will no doubt hire them to complete. I am told that is there specialty. Great work and thanks."

Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. Talking of budget, we talked to 6 contractors including Milecas and Milecas has the lowest cost and we got more for our money. "Fred and his staff were beyond amazing. We had some foundation requirements along with special styling and they achieved all of our requests with extra care. The rough design was turned into a patio that we were imagining in our dreams. They warned us of their busy schedule and still beat their estimated time of completion by over two weeks. We have several tradesmen peers who were astonished by the quality of the work. The quality of the stamping and finishing work was done above expectations. They colored, power-washed, and used a high end sealer with grit to finish. The turnaround time from when they started the job to end was around 4 days. We could walk on it after a few days."

"Awesome. Danny and his crew were great to work with. They planted a lovely dogwood, flowers for 5 clay pots, 5 hanging pots, 5 concrete vases, 2 concrete boxes, and a large wood planter. They transplanted a flowering bush I wanted to keep, cleaned out and raised the soil level of the wood box (size approx 6x8 feet) so the perennials and annuals could be seen. We discussed the colors I wanted, he shared photos of his suggestions, and made adjustments based on my feedback. My front, side and backyards now look wonderful! Next year I plan to work with him starting April and not August :-). I recommend them highly."
