"It's always good to know your efforts are both recognized and appreciated. But it's a bonus when those efforts result in someone enjoying their home and their outdoor living space a little more. Happy to be of service!"
"Meeting our objectives with each customer every day - how it should be done. And our seasonal reminders take one more thing off of their To-Do list and make the process that much easier for all."
"Always happy to know that customers love the new look on their home or business... and the accolades are a bonus."
"Says it all."
"We'll do whatever is necessary to make it work for each customer's individual needs."
"Although the awning wasn't purchased from us, we were glad to be able to assist with fixing the issue. Good word of mouth can come from anyone at anytime... even from non-customers who then become customers as a result of good service."
"There's that word again... "responsive." Communication helps to alleviate confusion. And when the level of expectation is set and all parties are on the same page, the outcome is likely to be very positive (even "perfect" or "beautiful")."
"As indicated on our website's homepage, our goal from the beginning has been to "provide our residential and commercial customers with exceptional, professional and responsive awning services." This customer clearly experienced that and felt helped along the way with open communication in a no-pressure situation. In other words... it was a win-win!"
""Timely... efficient... easy to work with... professional... helpful." Not sure there's much more to making a customer happy than that... but if there is, we'll find a way to do it."
"Do it right the first time and, if you're fortunate, you'll hear back from them the next time (and the next time... and the next time...). Happy - and thankful - to be the go-to awning company for our customers. We certainly appreciate it and continue to earn it."
"'Nuff said - we'll take it!"
"It's always good to hear we helped make things a bit easier when customers are unsure about something."
""We shall install no awning before its time" - or at least we won't install one until just the right fabric is chosen. The rest of this review speaks for itself - and we appreciate every word!"
"When special circumstances call for it, we'll do whatever possible to make it work. If it's important to you, it's important to us. And of we can't quite meet the requested timeline, we'll advise immediately as setting the level of expectation is where the trust between client and contractor begins."
"Another example of no job too unique... we'll try anything once! This worked out very well as the customer was as nice and "professional" as he says we were. He placed his confidence in us and, as per his review ("They are very friendly and helpful. They are extremely professional. They are extremely dependable. They are highly skilled."), we did not let him down."
"There are those two words again: "quality and professional"... and those other two words again: "customer service"... and those other two words again: "excellent and timely"... get it?"
"Working with homeowners, businesses or towns on special projects is always fun for us as we're always open to and up for the challenge. As we say, "No job too big, too small OR too unique! We'll try anything once!""
""Always responsive..." - as per the mission statement on our website. The rest just falls into place if you make sure you're there when needed. The compliments, good reviews and recommendations are then icing on the proverbial cake."
"Can't say much more than that!"
"All good attributes (thank you, [Member Name Removed]). But a sense of humor and a personable approach can go a long way toward a great and longstanding working relationship."
"Awnings and canopies are not "typical" projects for most homeowners. As such, clear communication is essential for a complete understanding of everything involved. After that, it's just delivering on your word... which is what we do on every job."
""Terrific... kept in touch... as scheduled... clean... very nice"... what else is there to say? That's how we service all jobs."
"As we always say at RJ Custom Awning, we want the fabric choice to be right because you (the customer) have to look at it every day for the next several years. So taking time to advise on customer preferences is part of the process in doing things right."
""Excellent customer service, professionalism, prompt... would highly recommend..." - and even "friend approved!" That about says it all!"
