"Professional, Reliable, Completed work on time. Made more than appropriate suggestions. As a result my 3 Season room on the lower level of my home which is right on the woods is pollen free due to the polyurethane inserts on the screens. They are held in place by a pin type mechanism and are easily removed. Room built in 2013 and just this week due to very heavy utilization of the screen door the hinges became loose. I called Shawn. He came right out and fixed the issue and did not charge me even though I advised him we had very heavy traffic. I will call this company every time I need any assistance. The best customer service I have ever had!"
