He then choose to delivery moldy pavers from the supply house he picked them up and didn't even tell us about them until after he was installing them. We signed a contract stating no money upfront until the job was completed he was yelling the entire time he worked that he wants to get paid. He was very dishonest and he doesn't even want to come back to fix pavers that are damaged after he left us with 3 year warranty. I definitely would not hire this guy to do your job. He then tell me to take off the bad reviews. I will come fix your pavers and then he did nothing to repair them. Very very dishonest contractor..STAY FAR AWAY!!

I am an engineer by trade and the small retaining wall was very well constructed. 6 "gravel base, both bottom rows of block filled with crushed stone. Approx 50' of wall, took 19 hrs over 2 days, including clean up. Hardworking 2 man crew. I highly recommend.

Malaces the owner of M&M Landscaping was hired to install Hardie board siding, window, door trims, facade boards and rake boards and all vinyl soffits and metal trim on a new build home in Ventnor, NJ. He was asked at that time to supply us with his insurance information. He has not done so and I have now asked him several more times for it and he still will not provide us with that. His workers started the job and in doing so they covered the white siding they were installing with black hand prints all over all sides of the house. They were constantly being told that the work was not being done well and that they needed to fix and redo multiple parts of the job. My GC on the job(Chuck Staiano) called Malaces to come out and see the mess that was done to the siding, the black new tech wood, board and batten, siding and the metal trim around the house. Malaces came out and agreed that they needed to redo many places on the siding and replace the metal work that was all rippled and bent up and clean up the damage to the places that were damaged and remove all the black hand prints all over the siding. He began replacing trim. We came to see what he started to fix and the pieces he started to replace looked better. His men then went and took touch up paint to the Hardie board siding with squirt bottles and rags and proceeded to do swirls of cleaning on the siding. When we went to see what he had done we noticed all the swirls and that the white siding was not white anymore, it had swirls of a grey look all over it. We immediately contacted him and sent him pictures asking what did he do. He then tried saying he didn't do it. Our neighbors camera shows his men doing the swirls on the house and their ladders leaning against all the metal trim that is now not only rippled but all dented. There was no-one else but his crew working on the outside of the house. We called for a Hardie representative (Steve Taggart) to come out to see if there was any fix to this. We also asked Malaces to be there. Malaces was trying to say that the touch up from Hardie was defective and that was what caused all the damage. Steve submitted the pictures and product codes with a description of the issue. That department assesses the product codes to see if this happened anywhere else to deem it a manufacturing issue. Steve explained that Hardie only has one touch up kit so it would not be possible to send the wrong one. His expectation is that they are not going to see this as an issue with their materials. Steve also said our warranty on the Hardie products are voided based on the damage that was done. He said the outcome to this will have to be an insurance claim through Malaces insurance for all the damage including other materials that were also damaged on the house. I have been in contact with Malaces and expressed I would like to not have to pursue this with legal action and would like to have his insurance information to resolve the issues. He is still avoiding sending the insurance information and instead is asking me to pay him in full because "the job is done" We have paid him $20,000 so far and the balance of $10,000 would of been paid if the job was done well. Everything he did was negligently installed and consequential damage was the result. We are having a quote from another contractor for removal of everything and new material bought and replaced. I am not able to resolve this with him so I have retained a lawyer. The material alone which we have purchased for Malaces to install was way over $60,000. Not counting what he was already paid. My only resolutions to put this through his insurance company. If he wants to claim that Hardie sold him bad materials then he can fight that with them. Hardie denies that there was anything wrong with their product that it was an issue caused by Malaces. i'am requesting his insurance information from you so I can proceed with a claim needed to rectify this issue. I have multiple photos and videos and correspondences to support all of my claims. there has been 3 pymts.. 8/18/23, 8/24/23,10/4/23. total of $20,000

Malecas and his crew are professional, prompt response, very easy to work with. I delayed my project one year and when contacting Malecas a year later, he treated me like it was the first time I asked him for the estimates. The crew completed the work earlier than what we expected. They cleaned up the space around the pavers, leveled our uneven backyard and neatly stacked our old bricks, when they don't need to do it. Work is superb, love our new patio - will definitely use them again for our next project!

I can't even begin to describe how pleased we are with the work that Milecas and his crew did. He not only understood our vision but exceeded it. Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. Talking of budget, we talked to 6 contractors including Milecas and Milecas has the lowest cost and we got more for our money. I highly, without any reservation, recommend him to anyone looking to do this type of work.

Malecas and his crew were superb every step of the way: responding to phone calls/email reliably, completing the job within the estimated time frame, competitive pricing, clean up, and most importantly providing a completed project that attests to pride in craftsmanship. The entire process was a pleasure and its not often that I'm able to say that about service providers.

My family has a home warranty through a service provider that just isn't reliable, is questionable with their service tech's and don't provide professional service. I'm just fed up with it. A friend referred me to Angie's List and within hours, I had a contractor come out, given me an estimate that was really good, came and did repairs, cleaned the work area and made sure I was satisfied of everything that was done. All within a 3 day period. Impressed with M+M Landscaping and their crew....NICE JOB GUYS. Zeek...YOU THE MAN!!!!!

Melacas and his crew did an outstanding job. We needed our yard graded and a new draining system installed,and needed concrete poured.. We are more than pleased with the outcome of his work.He was pleasant to work with.Very knowledgeable and detailed. .I will definitely use him again in the future.

Arrived on time. Work was done as neatly as possible given the need to power wash the driveway. Pavers were leveled better than I expected. Result is a very significant improvement over previous appearance and a real plus to the appearance of the house.

We could not be more pleased with the work of M&M Landscaping. Malecas (owner) was so easy to work with through the entire process. He showed up for an estimate took measurements, and actually followed up on his estimate. A rare occurrence being we had roughly 6 other contractors come out for estimates with a total of two getting me an actual estimate for the project. Once the project started M&M was punctual, and professional. Malecas, by far, the easiest contractor to work with and his responsiveness deserves a better grade than highest I could give him (A). The patio looks incredible which is a testament to Malecas and his team's attention to detail and craftsmanship. The work site was clean during the job and after hours they left it as clean as it was before they arrived. We were trying to work existing materials into new materials but the difference between old and new was too noticeable for us. M&M was patient while we looked at new pavers and wanted us to find what would make the project look great. We did, and they made it pop. I am so pleased at our decision, their craftsmanship, and our backyard. I can not recommend M&M Landscaping highly enough. Malecas, please don't get too busy that you forget about the other projects we discussed. Great work! Rainy day with the pictures, but wet or dry looks great.

M M Landscaping did an excellent job. The front walk (and back patio) looks exactly like it did when it was 1st put in 15 years ago.

His team did a great job on our patio. I am very happy we choose MM Landscaping for our project. And will defiantly use them in the future.

This company was professional in all aspects of the job. They turned a ugly exposed brick, stone and mortar wall into a beautiful show piece of our home. They recommended the stone color and stone ledge. They diligently prepped the wall and installed the stone over only a few days. At the end of each day, they took time to sweep up the dust and debris and always worked with drop clothes.

These guys are phenomenal! EP Henry quality work without the huge expense. Extremely detailed and friendly guys.

Melecas was very professional and did everything in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, due to the weather, the job took a little longer. Melecas communicated with me and we were both were understanding about the delay. The patio came out beautifully. His crew worked very hard. M&M did a fantastic job with our new patio. They took down and removed our old deck, framed out the patio and completed the job in only about a week. They took into consideration things we didn’t think about such as size and position of the patio, stairs, and sprinkler realignment. Overall we’re very pleased with the quality and speed of the work and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
