"Our front entry steps were cracked and pulling from house. In addition they were originally installed with a bad pitch, water flowed toward home. Derek from sun Viking came to my home for the estimate and after having 3 other estimates Derek was the only contractor who actually identified the actual problem and explained to me that simply veneering the steps would not correct it. I hired Sun Viking primarily due to Derek's knowledge and although the price was more than we budgeted for we went for it (We budgeted $6500 for the job). WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! This company exceeded my expectations by doing the little things like pouring footers and rebuilding the steps from the ground up they also installed conduit line for adding step lighting or landscape lights to the homes front later on. His employees were punctual and polite. They explained things to me if I had questions as the job progressed. The finished product is just stunning and we have already received compliments from neighbors. Thank You Derek and the Sun Viking team!!!"

"Correct diagnosis was made for a 20+ year old much loved gas fireplace that was unable to light. Parts were found and ordered. A two man team arrived promptly at the appointment time to remove the old pilot system and install the new one. They completely covered the floor in the area of their work so not a drop of debris was left. They worked intensely for an hour. The result is a beautiful clean burning fire place and a very happy homeowner."

"Obviously the sales guys are all mostly full of crap, but these guys especially. Then, there was zero official documentation. They were unable to email me my quote, they texted me a blurry screenshot and asked for me to print, sign and text it back. Then that was texted to the people doing the work, so they could barely read it and I had to explain what they were supposed to do, which they were not prepared for so my promised 1 day work would have taken 3 days if I didn t end up canceling day 3 and finishing the work myself. The work that was done was decent but as a French drain relies on gravity, I find it impossible for my drain to work as the starting point of the one wall appears to be below the sump pit, and I am fairly certain water cannot move uphill..."
