Our experience with Calahan Kitchen and Bath has been amazing! everyone was professional and friendly. At the end of each work day, the work area was always clean, and any garbage was removed. We are thrilled with the quality, and workmanship of our new sunroom. We would definitely recommend them to others!

We saw an add for Calahan and since we were looking to convert a screened porch to a four seasons room we contacted them. They were very prompt in responding and provided us with options to complete the project within our budget. It turned out better than we actually anticipated and are 150% pleased with it. I would recommend Calahan Bath and Kitchen to anyone without hesitation. They are definitely in my callback folder for any other major projects that arise. I had bathroom work done a few years back by the same company, which was so good I decided to hire them again to do a complete kitchen renovation. I was extremely happy with the results! The old, outdated appearance looks so completely different, I feel almost like I bought a new house.

Incredible experience working with Calahan. The installer lead - Tommy - is exceptional at communication. I received almost daily photo updates of the progress on installation. If there were any problems or overruns, they were explained clearly. The installation is A+ and they represent great product lines!

Working with Sara on design, Dan the Owner on measuring and ordering material, and Andy on installation of our new shower was an exceptional experience. When some damaged sub flooring was identified, Andy replaced the sub flooring and tile and finished the install. Definitely will use Calahan again and highly recommend them. They do terrific work.

So happy with the work done by Dan and his team. Our project included installing shiplap and brick vineer on various walls and 3 season room installation. Great communication along the way regarding last minute decisions that had to be made and our preferences - even for little things. Andy and Shane both left their cell numbers in case we needed anything and were definitely perfectionists - a good thing in this situation! They were also both so nice and friendly, which was great because they spent a lot of time in my house! Sara was very easy to work with and detail oriented. She was also very confident in the services they provide and our ultimate satisfaction. Owner, Dan, came by regularly - always with a smile and an update on progress so far and what was left. No hesitation recommending Calahan Bath & Kitchen, and now, sunrooms!

Calahan Bath and Kitchen did a fantastic job converting our tub to a shower in my mom's home. I was impressed from start to finish. We subsequently had a water leak and Calahan responded immediately. They were kind enough to fix the problem at no additional cost even though it was unrelated to the tub conversion. This was exceptional customer service and I commend them highly for it.

This bathroom remodel couldn't have gone better. End result is much better than my wife and I could have imagined. His crew is most professional and are all craftsman at their trade. Calahan Bath and Kitchen do more than just bath and kitchen remodel and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them for any home project or repair and expect an outstanding result. Only 5 stars don't quite speak to how great Dan and his crew are to work with.

I was very pleased with Calahan Bath and Kitchen. They redid my entire kitchen. It turned out beautiful. Very affordable and the staff is very friendly and professional. The installers were always on time and tidy. They always cleaned up after the job was done. I am so happy!

I will only use this company from now on. Calahan bath and kitchen was very professional. Very responsive and the work is pristine. I have had so many bad experiences in the past with other contractors and handymen that I am always very anxious when selecting a company to remodel my home. But Calahan bath and kitchen went above and beyond. I will trust them with any project. My shower was completed in 2 days as promised so I wasn't inconvenienced for too long. They were very tidy and cleaned up after they were done. Thank you!

Dan knows the ins and outs of remodeling. Not only was the work done well, but he took the time to make sure the debris were controlled and cleaned (precautions were made so that it didn't go everywhere). Also, when a few unforseen problems occurred, Dan offered his service for the repair at no extra cost. He shows high competency in his work and he genuinely cares about the well-being of his customer's home and comfortability. I would definitely hire him again.

WORD OF SERIOUS CAUTION REGARDING THIS CONTRACTOR: Home Pros website promises excellence and integrity bound by fairness, but our experience during a six-week period consistently contradicted that standard where we did not see excellence, but continual deception and failed re-dos. We had contracted with Delaware Home Pros to remodel two bathrooms. It estimated that the remodel would take about two weeks; but after six weeks, we were forced to replace Home Pros with another contractor. We replaced them only after several independent professionals in the industry strongly recommended that the remodel needed to be redone. When Home Pros was replaced, our new contractor was required to strip everything down and start from ground zero because of Home Pros shoddy workmanship that had already manifested itself through leaks from one shower to a ceiling below (the second ceiling that had been damaged by leaking water caused by Home Pros), as well as a failure to waterproof properly the other shower and a host of other deficiencies. The scope of the project also was enlarged to the refinishing of many of our hardwood floors because Home Pros had failed to use drop-clothes to protect them during much of the project (about one half of the time when no supervision was taking place). Overall, the lack of professionalism was staggering and cannot be adequately covered in such a short review here. But, to be concise as possible: right from the beginning of the project, we were dealt with poor workmanship which failed to meet the most basic industry standards, as well as dishonesty, when Home Pros workmen caused substantial damages to our home that were concealed from us. In addition, during the first two weeks of the project, despite pre-contract promises that a Project Manager would be on the project, none was provided. And, despite pre-contract promises about a tracking system for the projects that would provide full disclosure of the scheduling of the project, no tracking system was used. Finally, when we received a second so-called Project Manager, he threatened us with insults and declared that Home Pros would impose a substantial increase in its charges on us if we wanted the work re-done correctly. When we asked to meet with the owner on the issue, the Project Manager attempted to bully us, saying: The owner does not meet with clients. After the Project Manager left, one worker who was present during this confrontation apologized to me and said: I ve seen this movie several times before suggesting this was a common occurrence with Home Pros. After additional communication with the owner, the owner finally met with us. And, when we met with him, and reviewed the horrible first two weeks, he admitted that Home Pros had totally failed us: agreeing that Home Pros deception, poor workmanship and lack of professionalism was unacceptable. He then promised that things would change and asked for a second chance. However, the situation really did

4.5 months into a 4-week project and still nothing looks like the drawings or the quote. Many promises, many delays.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Very professional employees from design assistance to construction. Workers were on time and worked hard . Job was completed before scheduled and to a very high quality. Would definitely hire them again.

I met Dan first. He was courteous and professional. He made recommendations that reassured me we could work within my budget. Rick supervised the job. Juaquin led the crew. I dont know how they can work so hard and never seem frustrated. The work is beautiful. I knew I could put my trust in them which was my biggest concern. I will definately call them again for future projects
