"Very fast reply and prompt service. Knowledgeable about heat pump water heaters and insulation cost reasonable compared to other quotes. Punctual and quick install. The only problems were that they did not bring a long enough hose for a condensate pump and left the pump hook up in a partially finished state, said they would return to fix but have not contacted me to do so. Also they said I would need to make another appointment to return to remove the old gas pipe that went to my old heater instead of just taking it at the time."

"The job inside was done. However the drainage put in outside has turned our yard into a swimming pool. We once had a pipe draining to the creek and this was a perfect solution to the rains/weather. These guys came in and put a round small cylinder well. Water pumps up into our yard turning it into a swamp. Called them to come and see the problem they created. Their response $2900 to fix THEIR DAMAGE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!"

Do not waste your time with them, as they will waste YOUR time giving you an appointment and then not showing up. I have a policy of not giving out bad reviews, especially as I do not want to hurt a family business. With that said, I do not even understand how they can even stay in business. This is not how I would treat someone else, and not how business should be conducted. They are not respectful of your time. Stay away from them, there are other businesses out there who you should hire to get the job done."
