Was even able to send them out the same day. The technician that came clearly knew his stuff had everything needed for the repairs and took care of it right there. Between the office and the tech they were the nicest people. I’m going to call them for everything."

When PSE&G determined my Rheem tankless hot water heater was not repairable (I have the Worry-Free Plan from them) I then looked for a plumber to do the installation of the new one. It was still under warranty so I was given a new one from Rheem and just needed it installed. After speaking directly with 3 local plumbers and getting an approximate cost I went to Angi and spoke with 3 from there. I went with LAMCO (from Angi) for the following reasons: 1. their estimate was similar to several others and lower than a few of the crazy high ones 2. they replied quickly to all my inquiries 3. they were able to work with me in next day #3 was huge as I have a family of 4 without hot water and an autistic son. I had them do other plumbing needs while they were there- very reasonable for the other things as well."

"Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

I had some previous house trap/sewage issues and Steve and Team kindly went above and excavated additional areas and recemented after the plumbers finished at no additional charge and saving us $$$. Steve spent a lot of time continuing to inspect the work throughout the project to ensure everything was spot on and a good amount of time and energy sanitizing and scrubbing our basement. When they finished they left our basement in immaculate pristine bone-dry condition. Not only did they do a great job Waterproofing but I received a lot of great recommendations: dehumidifiers and renovation references. After the job was completed, he continued to answer all my questions days later. If you want an honest, reliable, competent, highly valued company using the best quality materials that goes above & beyond your expectations don't waste your time scoping out their competitors as Blue Umbrella is unmatched.
