"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. "Don't hesitate to hire Mike MacGregor. He's excellent. We had a gas leak in a fireplace valve that was inaccessible behind a cabinet wall. We called every plumber Home Advisor recommended AND several fireplace companies (including the one that installed the fireplace). No one, except Mike, was willing to take the job or to assist us in getting access to the fireplace. When we finally gained access, Mike came with a new valve but discovered that it didn't actually need to be replaced. What honesty? He fixed the valve (saving us the cost of the replacement) and charged us a very, very reasonable price for all his work. Thank you Mike. We will definitely call again when we need a plumber."

When PSE&G determined my Rheem tankless hot water heater was not repairable (I have the Worry-Free Plan from them) I then looked for a plumber to do the installation of the new one. It was still under warranty so I was given a new one from Rheem and just needed it installed.
