We called every plumber Home Advisor recommended AND several fireplace companies (including the one that installed the fireplace). No one, except Mike, was willing to take the job or to assist us in getting access to the fireplace. When we finally gained access, Mike came with a new valve but discovered that it didn't actually need to be replaced. What honesty? "HIGHLY RECOMMEND! When PSE&G determined my Rheem tankless hot water heater was not repairable (I have the Worry-Free Plan from them) I then looked for a plumber to do the installation of the new one. It was still under warranty so I was given a new one from Rheem and just needed it installed. After speaking directly with 3 local plumbers and getting an approximate cost I went to Angi and spoke with 3 from there.
