The project entailed ripping out an existing shower and tile walls that had been damaged by water penetration and installation of new tile and shower. When PSE&G determined my Rheem tankless hot water heater was not repairable (I have the Worry-Free Plan from them) I then looked for a plumber to do the installation of the new one. It was still under warranty so I was given a new one from Rheem and just needed it installed.
