"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"Santo is the ultimate professional when it comes to designing your home. As I have reviewed him TN the past his work is second to none. He initially did work on home that we loved and therefore asked him to do our upstairs. He painted, put in molding and wood flooring. He updated our master bath, he even replaced our doors to our bedroom with pocket doors. His woodwork mastery is just exceptional. He has given our home a look and feel that it didn't have before. We had carpet on our staircase and landings leading up stairs. We asked Santo to replace that with wood flooring Not only did he replace the flooring, he went with us to pick it out.My staircase hS become the focal part of our home. I can't tell you how many compliments we receive and the woodwork he did in the staircase and all points around it is exceptional. I would recommend Santo for any job you have. "The experience was not quite what I expected. I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."

"Diamond Electrical Services is a top notch company. I came across them a few years ago and have used them on several different occasions for both small and big projects. This last project was a big one. It included upgrading a panel, installation of new recessed lighting and adding several new outlets and light switches. It also included removing old and incorrect electrical outlets/wiring that was previously installed in the room. I have a sense of relief knowing that I don’t have to search for a reliable and trustworthy company because they are my go-to each and every time. Tony and Vinny have always been extremely professional and provide excellent service. Scheduling of estimate and work was easy; communication was great; and they were always on time.
