"Overall it worked out well he was on time diagnosed the problem in freezer, said a particular part needed to be replaced he stated he might have one in truck he went and looked, fortunate he had one, he proceeded to remove parts from inside freezer I had already lost all of my food so unit was empty, I asked a few questions, didn't ask whether part was new reconditioned or whatever I assumed it would last more than 9 months though. The Pro from Majestic was friendly and knew what he was doing When all was said and done I paid him in cash approximately 240.00$ plus a small tip anyway, I would like to have him come back and take a look at the fridge, (maybe if you mention I gave him a bottle of wine as a Thank You. He'll remember me) I remember his name was Sean, Anyway I really don't want any problems I'm a senior citizen I just can't afford a new refrigerator If something can be arranged it would be wonderful. I appreciate your help and patience in this matter. Also I took photos of inside of freezer while he had his tools in the freezer, 3 to be exact but I am not tech savy soI don't know how to upload pictures. I can however send via e-mail so if there's an interest in them please don't hesitate to e-mail me.Thank you, Respectfully B Martino"

"I am not one to write stellar reviews these days but this will be an exception. My refrigerator was no longer keeping cold and ice cream was soup in the freezer. Did not have a known solution so I searched on Angi which came up with 4 options. Russell (RJ Appliance Repair) was extremely prompt in replying to my needs and was very professional and seemed honest so I figured I would try until I had a reason to move on. Russell came out and gave me my options and I decided to get a new one which was a bit of a challenge due to space requirements. I had a new one installed and found Russell to be awesome through the whole process. He was very prompt, professional, friendly, honest and informative through the whole process. If anyone needs help with appliances, please stay local and with a family owned business and call Russell. I cannot thank him enough and rate his services very high. "My dishwasher was having issues with no hot water for which I hired Ana’s. Initially he got it fixed but it only would rinse with hot water but not wash so I called him back to take a look but instead of solving the first issue it’s completely broken and now I have to spend thousands on replacement of a working dishwasher. I would not recommend using them"
