He also answered all of my questions with care â including the dumb ones â and explained the charges clearly. Zach didnâ t try to upsell me anything unnecessary â he did what he needed to do and didnâ t do what he didnâ t need to do. Finally, heâ s a very nice and polite guy, which made the event comfortable and trustworthy. Iâ m thrilled with my upgraded faucet, which works perfectly, and glad to have the boiler in tip-top shape for the season. "I was installing a swim spa which has a very similar installation as a spa. They were very courteous and they showed up on time. The pricing however was very high. They quoted me for a subpanel that I did not need and tried to sell me a 3rd subpanel because they said the one the swim spa manufacturer gave me did not have enough slots for another breaker but there were actually 4 slots and the swim spa only uses 2. I would give a word of caution to anyone who doesn't know anything about electrical installations and definitely get 2 more quotes as they were 276% more than my next highest quote. I didn't believe this was a case of you get what you pay for but just a case of tacking on extra work that didn't need to be done. With that said I felt they did know how to run electrical and they probably do a nice job judging by other reviews, at that price they should."

"After fruitless attempts to even get a plumber to return our calls, we found Easy Flow through Angie's List. Mr. Robert Magliulo responded the same day! He was cheerful, friendly, and eager to be friendly and accommodating. He came the next day to evaluate the problem and to provide a written and reasonable estimate. Upon tackling the job, Robert found it to be more ticklish than originally thought. He was absolutely correct. It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate. The finished job proved to be a safe and professional solution to a serious problem we hadn't even been aware of. Mr. Magliulo made certain that we knew we could call on him if there was any problem. "Braido is a nice family run company.  I had the original 25 year old furnace and AC. I has the last house on the block to replace them.  Needed to get it done before winter.  They showed up the day I called for an estimate, took measurements, checked old system and discussed in detail my options for a replacement system.   No pressure to sell me the best as we will down size in a few years. A few days later quotes for two systems arrived. I was able to scheduled an installation that fit my schedule.  It was your typical one day job.  Everything went smoothly with the installation, and the old hardware was taken away.  I like this company and recommend them, I give them and A.

"Couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Had leaks in the bathroom going down into the ceiling of the kitchen from a bad contractor who remodeled the bathroom. Called Ryan & Company to come take a look and the owner Bill came to take a look later that day. Sent out his technician Brandon, who was at our house at 8 AM the next morning to do the repairs. After fixing the leaking shower, we decided he should check the toilet and sink as well to be safe. Sure enough they both had leaks as well, Brandon was able to fix all three leaks very quickly and even did some extra caulking to enhance the appearance.
