"Mo was a very able, responsive and professional technician who installed our furnace in one day and our new boiler two days later. He patiently answered my many questions, walked me through why we needed two new units (instead of repairing our old ones) and worked well and efficiently. It was painful to have to pay that much money at once for a furnace and a boiler, but Mo made it as positive an experience as it could have been. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "I used them to install a gas line and hook up a new gas stove. Vince was through and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. I will be using Vince going forward for all of my plumbing needs!"

"He came out same night after I called to assess the burst pipe from the lake. Next day he arrived early, brought the necessary materials, and got straight to work. Fixed the problem correctly and quoted a fixed price upfront. When he identified a better long-term solution, he explained the options clearly, laid out the actual costs for each, and let me decide without pressure. He delivered what he said he would, when he said he would, at the price he quoted. That's the standard but apparently rare enough to note."

"I was installing a swim spa which has a very similar installation as a spa. They were very courteous and they showed up on time. The pricing however was very high. They quoted me for a subpanel that I did not need and tried to sell me a 3rd subpanel because they said the one the swim spa manufacturer gave me did not have enough slots for another breaker but there were actually 4 slots and the swim spa only uses 2. I would give a word of caution to anyone who doesn't know anything about electrical installations and definitely get 2 more quotes as they were 276% more than my next highest quote. I didn't believe this was a case of you get what you pay for but just a case of tacking on extra work that didn't need to be done. With that said I felt they did know how to run electrical and they probably do a nice job judging by other reviews, at that price they should."
