"I only gave these guys three stars, because they did clean work and didn't leave a mess behind for me to clean up. However, they took my money and did not complete the job to my satisfaction. When I asked them why they didn't cut the branch that I hired them to cut in the first place, they gave me excuses where they used buzz words like "horticulture". So, I had to hire a second tree service who came in and quickly completed the job that these guys failed to do."

"I would definitely work with USAF Tree service again. They came out quickly to provide an estimate, which was reasonable. Several trees had been knocked down by a storm onto our vinyl fence. USAF cut the fallen trees, removed a few dangling limbs, wood-chipped as necessary, and removed any remaining branches or trunks of wood (we didn't get the stump ground). We couldn't schedule the service quite as quickly as originally stated, but once we had a firm date they showed up on time and did the job well. All interactions with them were friendly and polite."

He worked quickly in order to permit an insurance inspection and roof replacement. Mauricio is an experienced pro and a nice guy, too.
