He not only offered good advice on what we should do to save on cost, but some do’s and don’ts on products available. He also worked with us on a timeline that was feasible for both of us to do the work. We completely demoed out the ceiling in one room all the way to the beams due to its deteriorating condition, and skinned the other two rooms since they were only cracked and showing signs of age. His crew was extremely courteous and efficient. They set up quickly each day to do the work for that day, accomplished more than I had expected, cleaned up at the end of each day, came back for the tape and texturing, and finished the job in three days, plus sanding and clean up. On time and on budget. I highly recommend Bryan’s Handyman & Home Improvement Services, in fact we are now moving onto another phase of the remodel and have hired him to drywall the main living room.
