"Jim did a totally professional job on my drywall project; the taping and paint job were excellent. Jim is from the "old school" where quality, reliability and performance take priority. He brought drop cloths and a vacuum; one couldn't tell that a wall was ever torn down, taped and repainted. By the way, his norm is putting on 2 coats of paint. Furniture and pictures were put back into place. While waiting for the sparkle to dry (on the numerous coats put on), he re-screened one of our patio doors. He was on time and even texted me that he was on his way with an ETA, which he kept. His pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Jim Lavin for any handyman project you have. "Finding a Drywall installer for my project was the hardest part of the whole job, several no response or follow ups. Through Angi I got in contact with AR Drywall. Adrian showed up promptly for our walkthrough appointment and provided me a resonable estimate for the work to be performed. Upon start, we had some misunderstanding on what type of sheetrock we needed in a flood zone, but Adrian had it rectified within hours. The installation and finishing went very quickly, his crew was very efficient. After our final walkthrough, my husband and I found a couple missed spots, and Adrian himself came back twice to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would absolutely hire again."

"Benny arrived when he said he would and worked to keep pace with his timeline. He would arrive at 9 and not leave till 7 if that’s what needed to be done. He installed drywall and redid electrical work and did a wonderful job. Finished it off by painting, which was great as well. Overall happy with the work done. Don’t mind the doors, window, or rug in the pictures. They’re being redone as well."

They finished early and cleaned up the rooms to look better then when they started. The crew was friendly and informative throughout the entire project. "We started out with a budget just for the kitchen to repaint the kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring with porcelain tiles, redo the peninsula, use quartz for the counter tops, add recess lighting, and center the lighting fan. Into the job, based on Harvey's excellent advice, we decided to get new kitchen cabinets, have Harvey and his team build storage cabinets above the new cabinets instead of having a soffit built in that open space. We also had a pantry rebuilt by Harvey and his team as well. Lastly we had the peninsula changed to an island with cabinets added underneath as well. Also, we decided to redo the small (powder) bathroom on the main floor. Harvey and his team were awesome. He was very patient in allowing us to make changes to the original plans that turned out quite outstanding. His team always showed up early for work. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Instead of half doing things like what we got with the Home Depot contractors in years prior, Harvey and his team took things back to the studs and made sure the things were built the right way. I now feel very confident about what is behind the walls and how the work was done. I will attached pictures of the kitchen and bathroom by next week. We are still putting things back into the new cabinets now and etc. We are extremely happy with the work Harvey and his team did. We intend to use them for a few other projects in the future. If you're really thinking about having work done on your home, I would highly recommend that you speak with Harvey to have his team come to do an amazing job for you as well. "I hired Jeff to renovate my guest bathroom. He did an awesome job. Replaced old bathtub with standing shower, installed new floor and wall tiles, installed a new exhaust fan, replaced the toilet, built a custom wall shelf in shower area and near the bathroom vanity. I found it easy to coordinate with him and am impressed with his professional and courteous approach while he worked on this project at my home. He made sure that everyday before leaving, he would clean and mop the floor, and cabinets to remove any dust appeared during the work."
