"The original quote for my project from Design Fencing was several hundreds of dollars higher than I liked, but Michael, their salesman, worked with me on lowering the price to my satisfaction. He sent me frequent updates and texts asking if I had made my decision in choosing a fencing company. He didn't pressure me, but he was persistent in his communication, which greatly impressed me. He sent me a link to check out his company's positive reviews, and he also discussed with me his company's warranty policy. Michael told me that the fence would be put up three to six weeks later, which was fine with me. I gave a deposit of $540 dollars, with the rest to be paid by check or credit card (with a fee) for the job's completion. The day of the installation, it was completed quickly and efficiently in about three hours. Anthony, the foreman, and his crew cleaned up and took away an old gate that had been up before that was replaced with a new gate. I recommend them without hesitation."

From the guy who did the estimate to the ladies in the office to the men who did the actual repairs, all were professional & thorough. Ken, Joe, & Thara worked nonstop & showed great attention to detail. Nicely done work. Would definitely hire again. Word of advice though. They're very busy so it takes longer to be scheduled but imo it's worth the wait."

When they came out to take measurements, I was shown the product I was interested in and was told everything that would be done when they installed the fence. When I decided to use Straightforward Fence co INC, I was told how they scheduled their installations around inclement weather and it ended up that I didn't have to wait long at all.
